AIBU to think it's the thousands of men enabling her behaviour that are the problem, not her??

She gets so much stick and backlash, but the way I see it, is that she wouldn't be able to do what she does if it wasn't for the THOUSANDS (at least) of men who pay for her content and turn up to her events.

She wouldn't be able to sleep with people's husbands and teenage sons if the men in question didn't turn up or engage with her!!
My friend thinks no, she's the one putting herself out there in this way and giving the men the opportunity, so she is the homewrecker.

So AIBU to think its actually the men that are the problem here??

I find the whole situation quite upsetting to be honest. It genuinly disturbs me. There’s one of her. There’s thousands of them. Says it all really. I’m not saying she’s a victim. What I am saying is that for every Bonnie there are thousands of men lining up. Again, it really disturbs me. I think it kinda reminds of me what walks among us.

Women who are trafficked and coerced is of course another issue. More and more women now with social media, sex websites, only fans etc are making a choice to earn money using sex. Just because there is a market doesnt mean you have to go down that route. Most women choose not to of course. If you want the world to change its not just the men involved in those transactions that would need to change. It's not even a seedy underground thing anymore, there was a woman on this morning I think it was proudly talking about selling used underwear to make money. There was a woman in the paper the other day boasting about how much money she makes on OF. There is a very mixed message nowadays.

Yes generally speaking men and women view sex differently. It's just one of the ways we are different.

I agree, it takes women being willing to do these things (or if not, being forced or manipulated into it, which is not uncommon). I'm disturbed by how mainstream things like OnlyFans have become. Generally I would say there's something a bit untypical, if not quite damaged, about women who voluntarily sell sex, just because it must be so unpleasant for the average woman. But that's probably not so much the case if it's just an online show. Nonetheless if we're doling out disapproval, there are far more men involved in the 'demand' side than women supplying.

Of course there are more men looking to buy the sex or buy the sexual photos or buy the used underwear. But if we wish society to change or wish it to move away from the path it seems to be going down then it's no use just trying to change men's views towards it. More and more women are getting involved in an industry that was once reserved for desperate women on street corners and surely we need to ask why, and why they think its acceptable to be part of the 'problem'.

Just confirms my view that soooo many men are just beyond weird and utterly disgusting. There’s one or two girls like her but thousands of them queuing up in their little masks and even more watching online 🤮.

I doubt she's as rich as she would like everyone to believe. She won't be the first not very bright person to be exploited by a dodgy accountant and end up with a huge tax bill a couple of years down the line.

I dont know. Lots has changed in the way society acts or views things over time. Sex outside of marriage used to be frowned upon now its normal for example. Everything changes. Women have more control now than they ever have so I guess more and more think why not, I'll use this to my advantage.

Im not sure its right to ascribe mental health disorders or personality disorders to someone just because they do things you dont agree with or feel they should do.

I find it alarming that an OF model’s stunts make mainstream celebrity gossip. We used to hear about Katie Price but it wasn’t as graphic as BB stories. The stories of things like porta potty parties in Dubai are also things that I wish I didn’t know about.
