But am I missing something here? Why has everyone become such huge supporters of Iran? The world is a safer place as a result of removing their capability to develop nuclear weapons? Why is everyone carrying on like Iran is a victim and they were truly just trying to implement peaceful nuclear capabilities? Has everyone lost the plot?

Child deaths do happen with a professional well trained army (how many children were killed in Afghanistan, Iraq and Ukraine?) but not on the level reported unless you WANT to believe the IDF are set apart from other professional well trained armies and trained to be child killing psychopaths OR figures have been inflated, children have deliberately been put in harms way as martyrs, used as child soldiers or even killed for propaganda purposes which knowing a bit about Hamas’s ideology and atrocities they have carried out on Israel and on their own people sounds more likely to me than the IDF being an army of murderous psychopaths quite frankly.

Babies and children were slaughtered on Oct 7th as well as taken hostage. You think Hamas have standards and would baulk at killing their own/using them as human shields/child soldiers despite publicly stating that they want as much blood of their own people as possible to fuel the resistance?

70% of deaths attributed to women and children with no combatant death figures should make anybody question credibility of the narrative if this conflict.

The US bombed Iran for two reasons. The first is Trump is an idiot, being played by his buddy Netanyahu. But the main reason is critical minerals they can’t get their hands on. I'm not troll hunting but I feel I have had this argument with this poster already under a different name. The next step will be that all the information coming out is from Hamas so can't be trusted and the BBC/guardian etc are biased.

I know it's not really about the tattoos. I wasn't being serious with that comment, it was a snide remark. They are merely using tattoos as an excuse. In one now infamous case, the guy had a tattoo that was in honour of his autistic brother FFS. It looked nothing like a gang tattoo. Look into the other cases too. They're mostly bullshit. You'll then realize that it's not really about gang affiliation, it's about giving their hate-filled base the perception that they're punishing "illegals." Don't ever take what this regime says at face value. They lie constantly. I know gangs are a problem and the Trump regime doesn't really care about that because it doesn't affect the wealthy. Poor people suffer because of gangs. They don't give the tiniest of shits about that.

I have no doubt that mistakes have been made as they have been in every war in history, conceivably more so in this particular conflict in the environment that the IDF is fighting in - martyrdom ideology, civilian infrastructure used and no uniforms (unless it’s parading murdered mothers, babies and the elderly in coffins, releasing hostages or wearing stolen IDF ones).

It’s the setting apart of the IDF from any other army that I am questioning.
