For breakfast, I had a Granny Smith apple slices with crunchy peanut butter.

For lunch, I had Wagamama’s chicken teriyaki donburi. It came with white rice, shredded carrots, pea shoots, edamame, spring onion and sesame seeds. I had a Fab ice lolly afterwards too.

Now I’m thinking about what to have for dinner 🫣

Just berries & yoghurt for lunch.
DP is working today (very rare case) so we're going for out for dinner or will at least have takeaway later.

Bacon sandwich for brunch
Jam doughnut about an hour ago while tidying the kitchen (I tidied the doughnut okay?!)
Going to have a Mexican bean and veg stew sort of thing for tea

Bread and butter and strawberries and protein shake for breakfast.

carrot and apple when the food delivery arrived because I was starving!

Ham and cheese omelette and salad for lunch.

i just had a post gym ice lolly.

Overnight oats with mixed berries for breakfast
Lovely pub roast - beef, yorkie, roasted carrot, roast potatoes AND mash (controversial but suits me) broccoli, cauli, creamy leeks, gravy. Top drawer.
Didn’t have dessert but had some homemade cake with a tea when we got home.
Tonight will probably have some cheese, crackers and fruit.

Maccy's bbq chicken wrap and a mini biscoff mcflurry for lunch.

My usual breakfast of fruit & walnuts with Greek yogurt for breakfast
Tuna, sweetcorn, mayo & salad sandwich with packet of Snack a Jacks for lunch
Half an Aldi chocolate hazelnut bunny for snack. Will probably soon have a couple of satsumas
Chinese chicken traybake with veg & wholemeal rice for dinner

Not feeling great today, I've only had some toast.
I have made honey mustard chicken casserole for later which I will be serving with new potatoes and peas......hopefully I will be able to enjoy it!

I had a weetabix with oat milk for breakfast and a jacket spud with cashew cheese sauce and salad for lunch.

i am currently 4.15pm eating half a focaccia roll with some smoked hummus and have also had a stick of vegan kitkat.

Not sure about dinner yet. Either stir fry veggies with tofu, sauce and noodles or mash, green beans, brocolli, meat free chicken pieces and onion gravy.

Porridge with cherries and dark chocolate and a black coffee for breakfast.
Chunk of baguette with some leftover cheeseboard and spinach / mangetout, a diet coke and wedge of watermelon for lunch.
Dinner will be cheeseburgers with wedges, peas, sweetcorn and broccoli and the rest of the white wine DH and I opened yesterday.
Will have a mint tea and something small and chocolatey this evening!

One hotel chocolat truffle with my cup of tea this afternoon.

Going to do sausage, beans & chips for tea.

Rice krispies (got a craving for them at the moment)

A satsuma

Goats cheese, tomatoes and some rye crackers.

3 pieces of whole nut chocolate and a chewy cola bottle my youngest brought me back from the cinema.

Clueless for the evening meal. Think DS1 is returning home soonish so will have to be creative with the chicken breast in the fridge.

I had egg sandwiches for breakfast, mini party rings as a snack, a Redbull when I went to get petrol earlier and am now waiting for DH to finish cooking Sunday lunch.

Lunch: roast chicken, garlic spuds and salads

Dinner: I’m stuffed. Been grazing on crisps, will probably just have toast!

Breakfast: Protein shake

Lunch: half a tub of lentil and tomato soup and a bit of leftover flatbread with humous on it

Dinner will be butternut squash and spinach gnocchi with a glass of lovely red that DH brought me back from his work trip

Going out for Thai meal tonight. Have recently stopped eating meat (but still eating fish) and am interested to see what will fit in with that.

Sourdough toast, bacon, eggs, and avocado this morning.
2 coffees.
iced coffee while out with the dog.
a banana and tangerine this afternoon.
I’m cooking a pork roast dinner now with stuffing veg roast potatoes ect, with a glass of white wine. : )
I have my favourite tescos jam roly poly & clotted cream for tonight.

Two slices of wholemeal seeded fresh bread from Lidl - one slice with marmite and the other with gorgonzola.
A bagel, half a pineapple, some raspberries and some walnuts.
Making creamy sun-dried tomato chicken pasta for tea with salad.

Missed lunch so had honeycomb & caramel cheesecake (gorgeous) in Dunelm. Coffee.

2 pints of water, another coffee.

Later - chicken breast, mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots and green beans

I don't eat much. I am an old gimmer (early 60s) whose metabolism has ground to a halt in the manner of an old steam train running out of coal.

So far, a bit of seeded toast and butter/peanut butter. Tea with milk.

I know I need to eat protein and plants later on. I grow vegetables ffs, just got to eat them.
