For breakfast, I had a Granny Smith apple slices with crunchy peanut butter.

For lunch, I had Wagamama’s chicken teriyaki donburi. It came with white rice, shredded carrots, pea shoots, edamame, spring onion and sesame seeds. I had a Fab ice lolly afterwards too.

Now I’m thinking about what to have for dinner 🫣

Updating this thread again because why not 😊

Breakfast: An apple and peanut butter.

Dinner: We had Wagamamas. For starters, I had wok-fried greens (green beans, mangetout, tenderstem broccoli with soy sauce and garlic). These were amazing, will try making them at home soon. I also had chilli chicken ramen as my main. It was garnished with onion and beansprouts. I removed the coriander (tastes like soap)

A slice of toast.
A bowl of broccoli, pickled cabbage, aubergine, avocado, butternut squash, hummus and a flatbread.
A protein bar.
Lots of cold Pepsi Max.

Smoothie for brunch (can’t stomach breakfast)

Brown sourdough with cottage cheese and tomato on toast with a splash of balsamic after work. Doesn’t sound like much but both are really filling.

S: 8 million little bits of things I snaffled from the cupboards instead of just making a proper snack

Currently breastfeeding so enough food for a horse 😄

1st breakfast: blueberries, yoghurt and banana smoothie
2nd breakfast: overnight oats with roasted nuts and dates with a coffee

1st snack: pistachio croissant
2nd snack: apple and a slice of pizza.

Lunch: cheddar and stilton, crackers, cherry tomatoes and gherkins

3rd snack: tinned mandarins and some cashews with a kombucha

Dinner: homemade chicken strips, homemade slaw, salad and air fryer chips.

Desert: a fab and a peppermint tea

Could probably eat more 🤣

Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt with some Jordan"s strawberry cereal. Blueberries.

Lunch: Cottage Cheese with Pineapple and a Red Delicious apple. A Tunnocks .

Dinner: Baked Potato with butter, salt and pepper. Green Salad.

Left over Nasi Goreng I made yesterday for the family, at about 11am. Nothing since. My appetite is shite though.
Maybe I’ve eaten something else, but I can’t recall.

I didn’t have breakfast today because I didn’t feel like it and it just put me wrong all day, so I’ve had:

Eat Natural dark choc and ginger fibre bar, Bear Fruit dried cherries (very very tart!!!!) around 11am.

Graze BBQ crunch, bowl of kefir yoghurt with blackberry chia “jam” around 2pm.

Quinoa, roast veg, Cajun chicken, dollops of Ramona’s tzatziki dip and spiced feta dip around 7pm.

Small handful of chocolate M&Ms just now ☺️

Also one instant coffee, one Nescafé pod coffee and one Nescafé pod decaf coffee.

Not great but had 4 of my 5 a day and 25g of fibre so not bad.

I had potted meat on buttered toast with a big cup of tea.
for lunch I had a chicken Caesar salad and a glass of wine
for dinner I’ve had spring rolls, Singapore vermicelli, broccoli in garlic and a bit of special fried rice.

Now mentally figuring out what sweet stuff is in the kitchen.

2 sausages, 2 cups of coffee and a satsuma for breakfast

4 pieces of salmon nigiri at lunch

an aero chocolate bar and a Coke Zero at the cinema

smoked salmon GF pasta with crème fraiche, peas and lemon for dinner, and watermelon for dessert

Not a “normal” eating day for me at all, except for dinner. I’ve just not felt very hungry, so gone with eating what I actually wanted, and not worried about it making “sense”.

on a normal day I would have had the sausages with some tomatoes, avocado and a piece of GF toast. The salmon nigiri would have been twice as many, probably with a wakame salad and a piece of fruit. I’d have had a handful of nuts, or a flapjack or something somewhere along the lines.
