For breakfast, I had a Granny Smith apple slices with crunchy peanut butter.

For lunch, I had Wagamama’s chicken teriyaki donburi. It came with white rice, shredded carrots, pea shoots, edamame, spring onion and sesame seeds. I had a Fab ice lolly afterwards too.

Now I’m thinking about what to have for dinner 🫣

Morning: 5 large cups of coffee

Lunch: oats in milk and plain yogurt with blueberries. Glass of water.

Afternoon: 2 slices of toast and marmite, piece of chocolate cake and a Cornetto. Glass of water.

A satsuma and some honeydew melon for breakfast.

Goat's cheese, chutney, 3 pickled onions and some red pepper and cucumber for lunch.

Freezer surprise for supper.

Apple

Halloumi, cucumber, oregano roll

Few Brazil nuts & sultanas

Not sure about dinner. Maybe minestrone soup with sourdough bread

No pud.

Muller light yoghurt with porridge oats, strawberries and red grapes

A meal replacement bar and jelly pot for lunch

Fish pie for an early dinner as im out training shortly.

Falafel and hummus salad, an apple with nut butter, a whole packet of mini rolled up ham with cheese inside and in the oven is a piri piri chicken tray bake with sweet potato and roasted broccoli.

For breakfast I had a banana, a bit of pear (it's been in the fruit bowl for over a week and is still hard), alpro Yog with chia, flax and pumpkin seeds.

Lunch was 2 slices gluten free toast with melted cheese and tuna mayo, lettuce and a few olives while I made it.

Then I had a disappointing hospital visit and have an hour train ride home so stopped at m&s for train snacks - a salami stick, pop chips and a bag of cola bottle sweets.

Dinner will be gnocchi made carbonara style

Yeah, didn't have any protein to eat and eating that with some carbs side dish seemed too much carb

Breakfast - White toast and butter

lunch - sweet baked potato with tuna, yoghurt, cottage cheese spring onion, tomato and cucumber.

snack - crisps

dinner - meatball and giant couscous tomato stew and garlic bread.

eaten lots today, been menstrual and im now stuffed!

Breakfast: Smoothie with pea protein powder, macadamia milk and banana

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Lunch: Creamy broccoli soup with salmon pate on toast

Supper: Three pieces of cold rotisserie chicken, potato and salad

Will have cocoa before bed.

Two hard boiled eggs
Big Mac and three chicken selects

Not exactly a well-balanced day but I've exercised, had over 2 litres of water and stayed under my calories so I'm still calling a win!

Breakfast - a small cookie 🍪
Snack - 3 crackers and cottage cheese
Lunch - Tuna salad
Dinner - prawns, cod, salad,potato salad and fries.

I need a pudding......

Breakfast = Never eat it.

Lunch = Ham salad roll and a packet of crisps.

Dinner = Rump steak with prawns and salad.

Might have some strawberries or a peach later.

B: Cornflakes with chopped banana and coffee
L: Courgette and pea home made soup with a slice of seed bread and a slice of parma ham
Snack: low fat ready salted crisps.
D: Home made spaghetti bol with lots of veg (peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes) and a glass of white wine
Might have some melon or an orange for pudding

Dinner, no idea, food delivery comes tomorrow 😕 so no doubt a baked potato.and beans. (I'm going to look like a baked potato soon)

Breakfast - Fruit n Fibre with milk, galaxy light hot chocolate
Lunch - chicken sandwich, protein yoghurt and pom bears 🐻
Dinner - Veggie sausage, mash, carrots, cabbage and gravy.
Snacks - 2 baby bel light, 2 Crackers, protein pudding.
I'm maintaining weight after 7st loss, and trying to build muscle with higher protein. It's working so far, 2 months in.

L prawn & asparagus risotto (other half of dinner from earlier in the week), yogurt
S banana
D fish pie, broccoli, peas and green beans
wine when I’ve done a pick up after dinner!!

On a calorie deficit (1400 per day) so have had a latte and a banana for breakfast, a cup a soup, some mango and a protein yoghurt for lunch and a homemade chicken and vegetable curry with rice for dinner followed by a cola Calippo. Probably have some more fruit later too.
