So..me, mid 40’s, live abroad, sat on balcony drinking a Somersby, Dd, 7 will come up to bed in a minute and we’ll do bedtime story. I’ll probably come back on the balcony when she’s asleep. Dh going out

Anyone else? Vague age, area, plans? Sm shows me everyone is out and my road is very quiet

Early 50s, South London. Doing a bit of pre-work prep before going back to work tomorrow. DD 14 is revising for exams, DP is doing the washing up/feeding the cats.

Mid 50's, pleased myself all day as I now live alone. Fab walk this morning and little scent training for DD2, few household jobs then a nana nap at around 2pm with Ddogs beside me. Walk #2 5pm then eaten total shit all evening, including Jack Daniels's and Coke, Marmite crisps, salted peanuts and about 3 ice creams in waffle cones. Now in bed scrolling and living the dream 😊

Early 50’s. Sat in our new caravan in Northumberland, have been out for a lovely meal, now relaxing, listening to the rain on the roof, watching last week’s race around the world and marking assessments whilst DH is searching for the light panel in the van for some reason (he always has to know how everything works!)

Awww. Thank you! Yes - he has 15 exams in one week... plus the Msths Olymipiad. Absolutely bonkers! Will be definitely stocking up.on Aperol for the next few weeks :-)

I'm in my early 40s, have young DC (in bed) and a DH who is not in my good books right now downstairs. I'm thinking of how to best avoid him and not talk to him without another argument while watching Made in Chelsea and eating ice cream. I work in a professional role and back to work tomorrow but have some work issues that I'm also dealing with however I'm good.

70, widowed and in Melbourne. It's early afternoon, cold and windy but at last some rain - NSW has had all our rain for months now, poor beggars. I'm grappling with trading in my old phone online. This morning I weeded in the garden, planted lettuce and some hyacinth bulbs.

Sitting in my kitchen in the UK waiting for it to get light so I can go for a walk. Drinking tea. I have just done Wordle and Connections and I found them really easy today which is sad-usually they take me at least a cup of tea! On my own-children have moved out and dp is away for work.
