To still send this video?

I took a video whilst on holiday for my mum and my grandma. It is something they both have a huge interest in but will never get to see in person. Unfortunately half way through the video DH does a huge fart which is very clear and obvious. No reference is made to it and the video continues as normal.
WIBU to still send the video to them? They know it exists and are wondering why I’ve not sent it yet.

The tv was on very low, I’d gone out to the very small balcony (no seating or anything, literally just enough room to open the door and take one step forward). I unexpectedly heard the wildlife so I got my phone out quickly and started recording. I’d been trying to get this sound all week and we were on our last night.

I’ve just sent them the video, it will be a laugh if nothing else.

I’ve never been so invested in a fart in my life!
hopefully they just laugh it off, otherwise the next visit for a brew and a biscuit is gonna be a very awkward one 😅

I agree - I would really find this funny. Don’t bother trying to edit the fart out, I expect they will have heard one before 😆😆

Claim ignorance and if they mention it pass it off as a passing motorbike, farty sofa or scraping chair and laugh heartily at the accusation.

I would chop it into two parts and miss the fart bit out if that makes sense. Easy to do with the iPhone by just toggling the slider and saving as a new clip each time.

My grandma has not replied but there are two blue ticks 😬 she’s probably listening to it over and over again trying to work out what the noise is. Either that or she’s currently circulating it around the family 🤦‍♀️

He’d heard them a few nights earlier (I was in the shower). At the point he was obsessing over the pope.

I'm very envious - I'd love to see wolves in the wild. But if they're anything like my dog, they will fart too. Tell Granny that one if the wolves farted!

Didn’t see them unfortunately, just heard them in the distance. Such a beautiful haunting sound. A few years ago we heard Coyotes in the US which was also lovely to hear

I’d just reply “no idea! They’re beautiful aren’t they - it was a lovely experience” or something like that.

I did reply similar to this, I just put that I wasn’t sure what the other noise was and then started on about the wolves again. She replied saying “your dad thought it was you trumping haha” 🤦‍♀️😂 still awaiting grandma

It’s obviously hilarious to the OP …. But her dh did ask her not to send it and she could easily have edited it, it’s not rocket science.

I can’t help thinking if the roles were reversed and a bloke sent a video his wife felt uncomfortable about he’d be slated. Mumsnet eh!
