Poor old Malice. Ioan ran away, the Disney exec ran away, Steve ran away, the Raya guys ran away and even her “Canadian boyfriend” has upped his imaginary sticks and headed for the imaginary hills. Alice has as much chance of finding a decent man as she has of getting employed as an actress ever again. Unless of course he is blind, deaf and has never used the internet.

A Court in California issued a "Permanent DVRO" against Alice. It's important to remember that DVRO means "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE Restraining Order". So, not just a restraining order to prevent a future action, but one imposed because the Court in California found that, by a preponderance of the evidence, Alice previously abused her ex-husband, and further determined that Alice's past behaviour was so concerning that her ex-husband needed the restraining order in place to prevent Alice from committing future acts of Domestic Violence abuse against him. ("Permanent" in the case of California DVROs means that they can last anywhere up to 5 years when first issued, but can be renewed for LIFE if there is a continued danger that the offending ex-spouse is going to continue to try to harm the applicant spouse - which sadly seems to be the case in this instance given the Daily Mail has reported that Alice's ex has already filed a list of examples - with supporting evidence - to support his argument that Alice "Just one more Corne..DVRO" Evans seems to be incapable of following the very simple set of instructions contained in the first DVRO.

FFS! @justplayitcoolboyrealcool and @munnygirl are both so blatantly Alice and nobody else. It's such a large amount of money! Plus a divorce/child support court would be expecting her to be working to fund her "share" of the support money - the court wouldn't expect that ALL the money for the child support be coming from the ex-husband - especially in this case when the ex-wife clearly had acting roles before.

Absolutely no one cares if he actually cheated. There's never been any evidence of an affair. Even if he did cheat, it changes nothing. Alice is still divorced, has a record of being an abuser with a DVRO, needs to grow up, get a job and become self supporting.

Alice has milked this thing beyond dry. As soon as the marriage was up she should have started looking at how to make the best of the situation, look after the kids’ emotional needs, try to keep everything as stable as possible, look for a self supporting job, consider downsizing but instead decided to play the melodramatic woman scorned and made a holy show of herself day and night.
not for one moment considering the needs of those poor girls she alleged to be fighting for.
everything Alice has done has been ego driven and in the process is affecting her kids way more than a normal divorce would have done.

im chronically ill with pain and fatigue and neurological issues. I work in an actual job because I’m a single mum with a mortgage,
how I do it every day is beyond me as I can barely function but I do whatever I can to give the kids the best I can which isn’t much.
my ex husband is a higher earner , much more able, mobile etc but I don’t spend my days berating or trying to rinse him.
i just get on with my life and Alice, by now you should be doing the same, not sharing 11th hour begs online for people to fund your lazy and slack mistakes.

I am shocked and saddened to read the abuse on here. You mostly come across as people who have never understood heartbreak and betrayal before. How would YOU feel if the love of your life abandoned your family for no reason?

Alice is clearly trying her hardest to keep her head above water and keep going for her kids. Who wouldn’t do the same? I feel so sorry for her and she said she’s embarrassed to ask for help, but who wouldn’t? She has children that need a home.

Put yourself in her shoes just for a second and have some compassion. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I think most people would agree that being abused is a pretty good reason to leave a relationship.

There are lots of people on this site whose spouses have left them. Myself included. It's not easy, but what I didn't do was disparage my ex all over the internet. I didn't threaten him or try to turn the kids against him. I've never had a restraining order against me.

The really sad thing is that she does have children who need a home, but not with her. They deserve a home with a parent who is not an abusive drunk, who doesn’t threaten them, who doesn’t gaslight them, who will love them and work hard for them. They deserve so much better than you her.
