Doesn’t she have any famous friends? Where has all her money gone? Does she have to live in L.A? It just all seems bizarre, just move somewhere cheaper.

What I don’t get is why the children still live with her …. She doesn’t appear to be the most stable influence and if she can’t house them

Unless he didn’t want them full time

She seems to think he is an A list actor worth billions but really he’s been a few movies and only two I can think of without googling

She’s very successfully alienated the kids against him. They refuse to see him and would act hysterical and run out his house if he tried to exercise his “right” to have them. I’m not saying he hasn’t been a twat at times, iirc he pretty much forced Bianca on them when they were still raw from it all. He’d have been better off trying to focus on building his relationship with his kids, but Bianca had moved in with him which the kids didn’t like.

The court papers were quite detailed in what Alice had said and done with regards to getting the kids to hate him, loads of emotional blackmail to the kids.

Missey85 · 15/05/2025 05:53

She's a idiot who's made it her life's work to whinge and not actually do anything to try and change things for herself all she's after is cash and is pissed off that the courts have said she can't have what she wants she needs to move on

BoldBlueZebra · 15/05/2025 05:58

Googled and still no idea who these people are

Helpmeplease2025 · 15/05/2025 06:00

Because she won’t get a job.

RedJamDoughnut · 15/05/2025 06:13

He dumped her for another younger woman. Her life was destroyed. Some women can pick up and move on. She needs help & support.
Most of us don't get in the sidebar of shame when it happens to us.
It bloody hurts.

Viviennemary · 15/05/2025 06:14

I feel a bit sorry for her. She got dumped and he moved on but she didn't. That's always hard.

JustFeedMeCake · 15/05/2025 06:29

There’s more than one young woman from the UK asking if they could be a guarantor. For goodness sake. There’s a woman who looks like she can’t afford it donating £5 to the Go Fund Me and apologising she can’t send more. There’s another one saying go to Meghan Markle for help. It’s bizarre.

Her ex husband is a creepy little troll but this is all just so daft. Not one person has said get a job other than a woman recommending she should work in Target.

Evilspiritgin · 15/05/2025 06:30

I don’t think that’s exactly true, if you look at the court records plus interviews with the two of them, I would say he’s had a very tough time with her, before he walked out, I might be wrong but didn’t he walk out with next to nothing? don’t forget people are allowed to leave marriages and I’m sure he did before he got with his now wife.

True but 99.9% of people, whilst devastated, do move on and go on to lead happy lives. She has reacted in such an utterly extreme way to the whole situation. People’s relationships end for all manner of reasons. It is clear to me that this sort of behaviour most likely didn’t start at the point the marriage ended. He must have been exhausted by it all. But who knows?

I have always thought they should have sold up, moved back to the UK and give those children a more stable, quiet, cheaper upbringing.

IveGotAnUnusuallyLargePelvisISwear · 15/05/2025 06:52

It’s really difficult to have any sympathy for Alice Evans as she’s made it clear with her actions that she’s an abusive person. Her behaviour towards her ex and his now wife is frankly appalling. She even acted in a threatening way towards him in court (taking photos of him/coming over to his side of the court room even when told to stop). If she’s really now homeless she’s not no one to blame but herself- she’s the very definition of play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Just a shame she’s taken her poor kids along with her for the ride. Who she appears to have successfully managed to alienate from their father, which is another reason why court proceedings have lasted so long and eaten into the family’s money.

CherryRipe1 · 15/05/2025 06:53

There's a Tattle thread about her. I've skim read it and it's quite a read! I believe AE posts on there too according to other Tattle members but who knows.

Superhansrantowindsor · 15/05/2025 06:57

She was/is clearly devastated by the split and her subsequent actions show she needs some sort of therapy to help her move on. I feel very sorry for her children.

Notatallanamechange · 15/05/2025 07:02

She abused her ex husband, he has around 5000(?) examples of her breaking a restraining order, which he now wants permanent. He fought for his children but eventually had to give up due to the children’s behaviour to him, influenced by the mother. One of them literally falsified a restraining order application against him, which the judge chucked out. Their reunification therapy was disrupted by Alice at all times. Including one session where she threw herself on the floor and called herself an ambulance… But she was getting 10k a month from him, which the judge cut to 4.5k and basically told her she needs to stand on her own two feet and get a job. She classifies a job as literally a handful of conventions.

This whole thing is yet again to humiliate him and create abuse to him. If she has none of the money left from a. Her bulk settlement (which would have been substantially more if she hadn’t deliberately dragged it all out) b. Her 10k a month c the 4.5k a month d. Her selling stories to the Daily Mail (yes sidebar of shame was literally her own doing for attention, then what on Earth has she done with that money?

Coolasfeck · 15/05/2025 07:08

As someone upthread said - certain habits aren’t cheap.

Why is Alice Evans Gruffudd homeless?
CalicoPusscat · 15/05/2025 07:13

I really hope she does get some professional help.

There are plenty of jobs she could do aside from shelf stacking, she's a larger than life character. She'd need to leave Ioan outside of work and be reliable however!

MoominUnderWater · 15/05/2025 07:19

I do get being devastated at a relationship break up but how long has it been now? Nearly a decade. At some point people have to pull themselves together especially when there’s kids involved.

shes never emotionally safeguarded those kids and her behaviour if she’d being living here would have skirted close to the threshold of having the kids removed.

Looking at how extreme her behaviour is it’s doubtful she was a calm , rational individual before. He certainly says not and says he was emotionally abused and that’s why he left. He is adamant he didn’t start another relationship until after he left. No idea if that’s true, Alice doesn’t believe it.

Freysimo · 15/05/2025 07:20

She's probably unemployable as an actress in the US. She was brought up in the UK, so could come and live over here and might get acting work. The kids might not like that but they'd have the Welsh relatives, if they're not estranged that is.

They are estranged. It was included in his restraining order application that she was contacting his parents etc. She’s also estranged from her own father. There is a common theme.

DisapprovingSpaniel · 15/05/2025 07:23

She needs to put the drink down, stop the cocaine and get a job.

Fiver555 · 15/05/2025 07:25

I assume she can't move somewhere cheaper because she has to keep the kids near the ex-husband? Would he agree to her moving elsewhere? I doubt he'd let her move back to Wales.

She chose to move to a 8-10k a month apartment. He raised concerns to the court about affordability and moving the children schools when she rented it. But she went ahead and rented an 8-10k a month apartment. There is plenty of affordable rent, which she could have done.

Now it’s apparently a guarantor she needs for one of these, as she has chosen to destroy her credit score by not paying her bills and getting forcibly evicted from her current property. And she filed in court saying he should do this for her. Her ex husband who has a restraining order against her, with 1000s of examples of violations. Can you imagine the uproar if this was a man to a woman?

She’s alienated the kids from their dad and has been so abusive towards him and his wife that he’d probably he relieved there was that much distance between them.

I really hope those girls reconnect with their dad at some point. I’m sure he isn’t without his faults but he would probably be able to offer them stability- definitely more so than their abusive, mentally unstable mother seems to. I can only imagine the constant anxiety she causes them with her antics. They seem to have no one but her because she’s estranged from her own family and they no longer have contact with their dad’s family.

They broke up and like a year later he met someone else. He didn’t leave her for another woman. By the sounds of it he left because of her appalling behaviour and I don’t begrudge him a new relationship.

Googled and still no idea who these people are

He's the bloke in the titanic movie

At the end where they are looking for survivors,he's the bloke in the boat shouting to see if anyone is alive and rose blows her whistle at him

She starred in 102 Dalmatians (I think-ive never watched it)

They broke up when he left her for another woman (he claims it they met afterwards) and Alice went scorched earth

She's spent all their money, turned his dds against him, aired every single stain on their dirty washing, had destroyed his career,is always popping pills and drinking and goes on twitter/x rants

He is trying to look like the good guy-'it doesn't matter I left you and shacked up with another woman,I have a right to see my kids and let's forget everything that happened as im innocent of any wrongdoing, its all alices fault,i pay for my kids'

They are both to blame and both need a lot of help and she's brought this part on herself-she has been determined to drain his money

I feel for their kids-the poor sods are caught up in this shitty power play, they deserve better parents

If the parents where not famous,ss would have stepped in

I could be wrong on some of these details-id never heard of either of them until I read about them on here

TaggieO · 15/05/2025 07:39

This isn’t new behaviour either. I remember him telling the story of how he proposed to her on a chat show like it was some sweet little anecdote and her behaviour even back then was horrible.
