Edinburgh as a whole is ridiculously expensive.

It is crazy, since the war broke out in Ukraine, finding decent rental accommodation is rare as hens teeth.
A neighbouring house went up for rent last month, small terrace 3 bedroom, crap single glazed windows, €2800, the queues for viewing was down the street.
Easily 60 people.
Supply and demand sucks.
