Are you... My mum?! 🤣 I still have a white bread cheese sandwich and crisps most days, plus some chocolate every afternoon at work or evening at home (no health/weight/dental issues)

Yes lovey. I do wish you'd eat the apple though.😂

I don't hide anything. There is always a full snack draw (crisps, sweets, biscuits, crackers etc) and also a fruit and veg box in the fridge that I've prepped. DD9 often chooses fruit/veg but loves a bag if crisps after school (pringles if watching a movie)

I don’t hide any food, my 3 can access everything, but I genuinely can’t imagine them eating something without asking! I don’t know why, it’s just ingrained habit I guess. They’re allowed to choose a snack every day after school but every day they still say ‘please may I have a snack?’.
