@Roxietrees Transwomen are NOT at risk using mens toilets, many transwomen themselves use the mens and say the worst they get is a smirk. It's NEVER been about safety. It's only about validation. Only being in a female space gives transwomen validation. They are completely safe in the males as we know. Even if they weren't, women are not human shields for males in a dress.

The funny thing is that you could tell the sex of every single one of them in the video. It wasn't difficult, especially when they spoke.

And thats the elephant in the room with this, that people seem to go into denial about, that only a small percentage of trans people actually do pass. And yes that does matter.

I really do think most people on here form their opinions without actively engaging in any way with the trans community. Many people who are trans are not out publicly and I’ll say it again, you would never know. This includes trans men who by your definition should be protected. Would you feel comfortable seeing Leo Macallan in your single sex toilet? And would you feel better if he said “Don’t worry, I do have a vagina.”

Men being able to walk into the ladies and say “don’t worry, I’m actually a trans man. Promise I don’t have a penis!” doesn’t make me feel safe as a woman or as a rape and DA survivor.

I'm not sure why we're supposed to be so afraid of beards. There are women who aren't on hormones who could grow a beard, it's just that most choose not to.

If anyone can explain how my friend's 6'3" son who has declared himself trans is going to reasonably pass, please do explain it in a rational and logical way.

I am going to wait for the NHS guidance. It will likely take a while as they try to wrap their heads around the fact that a man can't breastfeed or give birth. But it will come eventually.

How do you know that they are men not trans men?

You have described a man. There are no biological women who have a male skeleton, male skull structure and male hormones enough to grow a big bushy beard.

large hands on a women are still much smaller than male hands. I have large hands but my middle finger is the length of my husbands little finger. Large feet on a women would be a 9- my teenage son is already at 10.5.

And I am sure you were told that male people may be less likely to correctly sex male people than female people.

And just because you, personally, cannot correctly sex a male person really doesn't change the fact that it is highly likely that female people will correctly sex a male person.

Male people with transgender identities are warned to disclose their sex to sex partners because otherwise they are engaging in sex by deception. A fact you seem to not mention. Considering also that some sexual encounters happen when one or both partners are under the influence of chemicals or illness where their ability to tell may be impaired, this is not the gotcha you have been led to believe is clever.

If that’s true which I’m sceptical about it’s irrelevant. (Please show evidence of this).

We can tell the difference. I personally know two middle age trans men. Both look like women who've taken testosterone and grown facial hair! You do a double take then you know they are women.

It's a complete farce to suggest that we can't tell.

But men can't masquerade as trans men any way to get access to spaces as the Supreme Court has anticipated the issue and said that service providers should provide alternative facilities.

It's posts like these which is why I have two friends abused by women / anti trans campaigners. Because it's all down to height.
