Know this will probably get me kicked off of here😂😂 but does anyone else absolutely hate the smell and taste of cheese and not understand how on earth it is popular? It smells of feet and tastes of Christ only knows what, but people still seem to love it? If someone told you “you smell of cheese” you’d be deeply insulted however it still seems to be a “delicious food”? I can’t seem to recall any other food that smells so putrid yet people love it?

I don't like chocolate. I also don't like cupcakes, fairy cakes, biscuits, sweets or anything that is just sweet without spicy hot, salty or acidity (or all three, preferably) to make it tolerable.

I love cheese. The only cheeses I've tried that I don't like are tofu (too salty) and goats cheese. Not over keen on stilton as I find it has a bitter taste, but there are plenty of blue cheeses that I do like. At any one time I have at least 5 different types of cheese in my fridge. I also currently have a selection of cheddars from Cheddar. DH hates cheese, though over the years I have persuaded him to eat foods that have a cheese sauce or other cooked cheese, such as quiche.

Tofu is not a fucking cheese! It’s made of bean curds or something. Don’t compare that disgusting stuff to the food of the gods that is cheese.

There's nothing wrong with not liking cheese but there's no reason to be so vehement about it, eg 'effing' cheese, and Christ doesn't have anything to do with it. Your post is horrible!

I know someone who dislikes cheese but doesn't talk like that, just avoids it.

I think this is just an internet reaction to the rude responses people often give like "Eurgh you can't be my friend!" "You need your head examining" etc or the weirdly OTT worship people have towards cheese.

IRL I just ignore its existence unless someone actively tries to offer it to me at which point I politely decline or if I am ordering something at a restaurant and need to check if it comes with cheese or not.

I love cheese.
Can't stand coffee or meat though.
