I think it's time England step up, start mandatory military service from age 16 or 18 NOW so we can have troops to send over and send our troops (that are ready now) over there. Sending billions is not helping they obviously don't know how to use the resources properly. I'm so worried about Ukraine, my friends boyfriend is Ukrainian and it's so sad when he talks about it

Well, Zelensky's perogative whether or not to sign it. Remember, Zelensky has said and we all know the war would have been over in weeks but not for Americans input.

Zelensky can do as he pleases. Europe can do as they please but so can America do as they please. If you don't like what Trump has to offer then get on with it. What's the problem. Europe can keep funding the war and spend, spend, spend to their heart's content if they truly want Ukraine to win. No one is stopping Europe from funding and keeping the war going.

The American's arms industry has done very well out of this war.

But the bigger question for the Americans is "Why can't Trump or Vance criticise Putin and his actions in Ukraine?"

I actually think Trump is so dim it was a tantrum over not getting his way and being able to swan out with extortion and glory for stopping the war which is hysterical in itself. The others were following behaviours of other weaklings in bullying gangs. Terrified of being kicked out or rounded on so trying to out do each other as to who is the lead bully’s senior and nastiest side kick. I pity the American people.

You lent someone $billions to help them out in wartime.

You invite them to your house to sign a contract that they will pay you back that money with a % of their earth minerals and you will have your own men there mining it.

You also would like the war to end because, quite frankly, although putting up a great fight, men are dying by the hundreds everyday, and you have to forceably drag men off the street who don't want to join the fight but are forced to do so.
Looks from every angle that you won't win the war after fighting bravely for 3 years. People are dying and the country is being decimated.

Without having been given this money the war would have been over within weeks with them losing it. Over in a matter of weeks.

So they sit in front of you, having fought bravely, using your money and basically tell you that they don't believe that you will protect them, even though you have told them you will have a huge amount of business in their country, will have a huge presence in that country as you have your financial business to protect, so reading between the lines, god help any country that comes in to try and destroy it whilst you are there.

That person tells you to your face, in your own home, that they were alone in that war (Really? You gave them $billions). They tell YOU they don't believe that YOU can help them later down the line. They are also asking YOU for more money.
Basically they are saying to you, I am not signing any contact to give you back all that money I owe but I want more and you have to do more before you get any money back

You come to my house, ask for more money, tell me you were alone in the war, basically tell me you will only give me my money back IF I do MORE for you.

Tell you what, I would have lost my rag, kicked you out of my house and tell you to come back when you'd humbled yourself. No one else helped you half as much as I have and still won't - ungrateful prick. Yet, I am the one in the wrong? Get out and stay out!

So you have given me money, some are loans some are gifts. From those gifts and loans 70% has been spend in the US so revitalizing US companies.
I am willing to give you back as much of the money as I can in form of the rare minerals I have. However in exchange I need security guarantees because I can not mine minerals in a war. Security guarantees that you already gave me years before so it shouldn't be a problem to give them again. Especially because you have as you say a vested interest.
But you don't. Instead you tell me to believe in someone that has already broken his word 25 times. You also scold me about not being thankful even though I have been thankful iver and over again.
And Europe has spent 138.7bn vs US 119.7bn. And also not insulted Zelensky for being ungrateful nor asked for any money back now.
So it seems some hosts are gracious and some are not.

You must be joking if you think making 16 years to do military training so they can be sent to Ukraine is the solution. You also aren't British.

The USA gave Ukraine OLD military equipment that was effectively useless to the USA...in fact it would have cost billions of dollars to dismantle and get rid of this old equipment This is what was largely given to Ukraine from the USA.

Russia had already invaded crimea in 2014 and annexed it from Ukraine. At the time an agreement was made that removed Ukraines nuclear weapons on the proviso America and others would protect Ukraine...and here we are.

Trump had Russian state media in the meeting.livestreaming to Russia. Certain American news outlets were not permitted entry but Russian State media was good to go. America used to arrest people for any favourability to Russia not that long ago.

Let's not forget that simultaneously there was the 'release of the Epstein files' (🤣) which is actually what is already out there so nothing new was released...wonder why?🤔 ...all this released during the oval office Zelensky shitshow.

They have been investigating and have found money sent to Zelensky has been recorded as LOANS.

Trump and Vance have got Putin to come to the table. They don't need to be saying anything about him. Zelensky needs to come to the table if he wants peace. Otherwise Europe can keep funding him.

Do you also agree that America became the massively wealthy and powerful country it did on the back of the profit it made out of WW1 and WW2? I’m not surprised someone as repellent as Donald Trump is actually quite relaxed about starting a WW3. He has a track record as long as your arm, as does Putin, of doing what he pretends others are either doing or making him do - just like the whole “Ukraine started this war” thing.
