You also would like the war to end because, quite frankly, although putting up a great fight, men are dying by the hundreds everyday, and you have to forceably drag men off the street who don't want to join the fight but are forced to do so.
Looks from every angle that you won't win the war after fighting bravely for 3 years. People are dying and the country is being decimated.

Without having been given this money the war would have been over within weeks with them losing it. Over in a matter of weeks.

So they sit in front of you, having fought bravely, using your money and basically tell you that they don't believe that you will protect them, even though you have told them you will have a huge amount of business in their country, will have a huge presence in that country as you have your financial business to protect, so reading between the lines, god help any country that comes in to try and destroy it whilst you are there.

That person tells you to your face, in your own home, that they were alone in that war (Really? You gave them $billions). They tell YOU they don't believe that YOU can help them later down the line. They are also asking YOU for more money.
Basically they are saying to you, I am not signing any contact to give you back all that money I owe but I want more and you have to do more before you get any money back

You come to my house, ask for more money, tell me you were alone in the war, basically tell me you will only give me my money back IF I do MORE for you.

Tell you what, I would have lost my rag, kicked you out of my house and tell you to come back when you'd humbled yourself. No one else helped you half as much as I have and still won't - ungrateful prick. Yet, I am the one in the wrong? Get out and stay out!

We’re supporting Ukraine for our own safety. They are holding Russia back from rolling everyone into WW3. If they take Ukraine, China will then go for Taiwan, America goes for Greenland, Russia takes Moldova etc etc.

In my house? I look after my family first. I don't just keep given away my family money to others as loans and expect them to keep asking for more money and tell me they are not going to pay me back for the money I already lent them. Entitled, ungrateful prick.

Europe hasn't put in even a third of what the USA has but yet, Trump bad.

Zelennsky was the one who started goading Trump and Vance in front of the cameras. Clearly you haven't watched the part where Zelensky started the emotional bull to which Trump and Vance started to see red and aaid this should be discussed round the negotiating table. You see what you want to see.

Time for America to step back and for Europe to do their part and match what the USA has put in. America has done their part - more than all the European countries combined - but yet they are the bad guys. Taking America for fools. Step up Europe - if you put in as much money as America you will stand a fighting chance. Put your money where your mouth is. We are waiting.

It depends. Trump is openly showing that his loyalties are with Putin, not Europe. If the US chooses not to honour Article 5, there's nothing anyone can do to compel it. Europe will have to go it alone. Canada may decide it has no interest either since Europe doesn't seem bothered by Trump's threat to annex Canada, leaving it alone to deal with the US. NATO may just fall apart.

I am willing to give you back as much of the money as I can in form of the rare minerals I have. However in exchange I need security guarantees because I can not mine minerals in a war. Security guarantees that you already gave me years before so it shouldn't be a problem to give them again. Especially because you have as you say a vested interest.
But you don't. Instead you tell me to believe in someone that has already broken his word 25 times. You also scold me about not being thankful even though I have been thankful iver and over again.
And Europe has spent 138.7bn vs US 119.7bn. And also not insulted Zelensky for being ungrateful nor asked for any money back now.
So it seems some hosts are gracious and some are not.

If you don't like the Americans, then don't ask for more money. Get on with it. Europe talks the talk, you talk the talk, get on with it. Clearly you don't need America to win the war so Europe can keep spending because Zelensky is their neighbour and they believe they can win. Which if Zelensky has an endless pot of money he probably well will.

Insulted? All the other countries have loan agreements but Ukraine has not with America. Who is insulting who? Ukraine thinks all the money is a free gift.
