Rutte doesn't say that either. You have just assumed that Rutte is implying that Zelensky is being ungrateful, and then stating that as a fact. A prime example of reading things in to fit your narrative.

Thing is he is accountable to no public vote, he can't be president again so he isn't accountable to another electoral vote, so basically he has no concerns about public perception. He will do what he likes to who he likes to serve his own interests.

I never realised this until today, but the two term president law aimed at preventing a dictatorship actually makes a dictator for four years!

btw Zelensky posted a thanks after he left the WH. He has repeatedly thanked the US gov't and people. Frankly, you are peddling shite. I'll go so far as to say propaganda.

We have started to avoid buying most things American and are finding many European/Canadian alternatives to Coke, McDonalds/Heinz etc. Amazon Prime is going and we haven't bought anything from Amazon for a while. We usually rent from Airbnb but we are trying to find the accommodation elsewhere. It's only small things but we can do something. And if everyone did a little it may do some good.

I feel the same need to do something but unfortunately every aspect of our lives is linked to US tech, so I can't really see how you're going to escape that. Ready to give up Google? Microsoft? Apple?

Trump has already strongly hinted at running for another term and according to Vance he isn't beholden to the justicial system. So let's see what happens in 4 years (if he makes it that long...)

It is relentless Russian propaganda aimed at the West in general. Often disguised as questions, despair that X needs to be done for peace, any and all ignorant posts are suspect. The US and others' musings for a new president in Ukraine calling Zelensky a dictator etc are designed to put in a puppet gov't of Russia, for ex.
