The US has given Ukraine 360 billion dollars , it is only right that it needs to be paid back. All of Europe has been made whole for the money they loaned. The world needs to start taking care of itself . Also did you know that Zelensky last year bought a 25 million dollar house in Florida? Wonder where that money came from?

The US signed an agreement that it would protect the Ukraine along with its allies. It's not about giving money to the Ukraine it's about restraining a dictator with imperialist aims. Europe aren't being paid back.

The money GIVEN to Ukraine are not loans. Any money recouped will be from RUSSIA THE AGGRESSOR not the victims. But not now. Not in the middle of the war and not before Ukraine has been rebuilt and compensated.

Trump and Vance lined up to shout down and belittle a man who has been fighting a war for the last few years, smirking at reporters who asked about his (lack of a) suit.

This goes beyond simple politics - this crossed a line for diplomacy and decency, hence the almost universal shock.

It was degrading, bullying behaviour, with Trump/Vance trying to humiliate another country’s leader in front of their handpicked press.

You can be a Republican and still disagree with the disgraceful way Trump and Vance behaved today. But most won’t. Because MAGA is a single-think cult where no one dares to criticise its egotistical leader.
