Why did you start this thread Op? So that everyone could agree with you how awful she looks?

Whoever did that to her nose should be charged with GBH.

The main thing is why do you care so much about someone else’s life?

It's not just her life. It's everyone else that has to look at her..

I do too, and quite honestly, many of those look just as bad, if not worse, than this girl. No one actualised, and at complete peace with themselves and the world around them does this to themselves. This isn’t a case of “you do you hun” it’s time to reevaluate our society and the way it operates, we aren’t supposed to live like this.

Very sad, yes it's obviously her choice but it is self harm on this scale.

A dear member of my family has cancer on nose and is looking at the possibility of losing a part, if not all, of their nose. For someone to do this by choice, I find it obscene. What is even worse is that a surgeon has cut off her nose for her. Would they cut off her leg or arm if she wanted it? They should be struck off. Tattoo artist should also be banned from tattooing people’s faces. This behaviour is that of someone who mentally ill and should not be encouraged.

It's the eyeball injection that gets me. Why on earth would anyone F about with something as precious as their sight? Who discovered it, and who was the first trial? Omg...the thought of it 😬

It's her body, her choice. Maybe she just feels better about herself. Maybe she now looks on the outside like she feels on the inside? Only my opinion, obviously, and definitely not something I'd do. I personally would be heartbroken if my daughter did this to herself.

I love my tattoos, I have a lot, but I'm not a fan of face tatts and these aren't even good work (I'm being kind, I could probably have done a better job!). It's her choice of course, but I think there are other, deeper issues there. It's going to be hard because people will forever judge her. Just because she's chosen to do it, doesn't mean she won't regret it. Hopefully she won't

I honestly just feel like people who are not happy or are traumatised do this to themselves. Def mental health issues, even people who have loads of filler or liposuction etc.

I rather like the tattoos. The horns don't bother me, however I'm not fond of the nose.

I've only read 5 pages of posts on this thread and can't believe not one person has mentioned whether these images of this woman are actually real and not AI generated rubbish. Can't believe everything you see these days and I'd like to think no surgeon would legally be allowed to remove a healthy nose as surely there's rules and regulations as to what is allowed in cosmetic surgery 🤷‍♀️.

Well, yes she’s grotesque and I can only think she’s o/d on films like Avatar etc. However some of the filler-queens look pretty terrible too. Can’t understand any of it.

Humans judge, we make 100s of judgments a day. You cannot cover yourself in tattoo's, cut off part of your nose and have horn implants and expect people not to judge. There are 3 threads running at the moment judging Meghan Markles latest hair brained scheme and Instagram posts. If we didn't judge Mumsnet wouldn't exist and after all we are all allowed an opinion.

Why not, if you do something like this yourself then you are asking to be judged, surely?
