so I'm in no way, shape or form "woo" buuutttt just been sitting on side of my bed texting on my phone and my soundbar for TV (which I've had for 4 years with no issues) just decided to launch itself onto the floor, has hit my foot and cut it, picked it back up thinking how weird 🤷🤷 went back to my phone and a bottle of water, tube of face cream and a lip balm on top of my chest of drawers then launched themselves across the room, pretty freaked out by this point but still being rational in my head, picked phone back up carried on messaging back a friend, looked up to think what I was trying to type and felt a big tap /slap and literally saw my phone fly in the air and land other side of room, trying hard to think rationally but feeling pretty spooked right now

I absolutely know there is arational in there and not hallucinating or have MH issues like half on here are trying to say!! 😂😂😂I'm a grown adult, reasonably intelligent, quite smart, I don't believe in ghosts n all that crap... there's an intelligent reasonable explanation in there, somewhere!!

I've never understood why people mess around with (or suggest others should mess around with) ouija boards. They're either real/genuine, in which case why would you invite such trouble? Or they're a load of nonsense, in which case why would you bother? There's nothing to be gained either way.

Tbh, if you genuinely had psychosis, you'd likely be saying the same thing, as most people lack insight into their psychosis!

But if nothing else odd is happening for you and family etc haven't raised concerns, chances are you threw it yourself 🤷 That's how oouija boards work, after all. The power of suggestion is very strong. People definitely move them themselves but think they haven't!

I don't believe you. All those objects moving within a few minutes? You over-egged the pudding there! Would have been more believable if one object one day and another a couple of days later!

Edited to add - I'm in north Wales and these are two things I've experienced and they led to things moving. Also have experienced an earth tremor but I think I was living in Cheshire when that happened.

Lip barm throwing mice is deffo more likely than an earth quake/sink hole/collapsed mine shaft.

It will be entirely rational. Saw a weird video of a father telling his kid off, then two toys flipped themselves across the room.

Turned out as one of them stood on a floorboard it flexed, and flicked the toys over.

My mum has experienced a lot of strange things in her life. Shes an atheist and definitely wouldnt lie about it as she's as straight as an arrow

When my parents bought their first house in 1992, it was already around 80 years old. Dad was away for work a lot, so Mum was often alone with me and my brother, who were only two years and six months old at the time. At night, she would hear footsteps coming up the stairs and knew exactly which step was being stood on because they all creaked in a certain way.

One night, she left the landing light on for us and saw a shadow pass under her bedroom door. She immediately opened it, thinking one of us was up, but there was no one there. In my brothers room, she would pull the curtains open every morning, only to find them shut again in the afternoon.

She also smelled her mums perfume constantly, not just in that house but in every house shes lived in.

Back in lockdown, we both experienced something that absolutely terrified us. I wont go into it, but it completely changed the way I see things.

Also to add, she heard her mums voice on the baby monitor, my dad heard it too (her mum passed exactly 9 months before I was born). She can't explain it, but talking about it still scares her. Lots of friends also never liked going upstairs in their house. I never saw anything from what I can remember and I lived there until I was 6

I know you said you aren't into 'woo' or spirituality but you haven't been using a ouija board in the house have you? Have any visitors or your children?

I only ask because I did know of a case where a couple started to experience some very weird things after the woman and her mates had a session with a message board for a 'laugh' including finding lit candles in an empty room (at this point I would have been driving down the road, bags packed to be honest).
