so I'm in no way, shape or form "woo" buuutttt just been sitting on side of my bed texting on my phone and my soundbar for TV (which I've had for 4 years with no issues) just decided to launch itself onto the floor, has hit my foot and cut it, picked it back up thinking how weird 🤷🤷 went back to my phone and a bottle of water, tube of face cream and a lip balm on top of my chest of drawers then launched themselves across the room, pretty freaked out by this point but still being rational in my head, picked phone back up carried on messaging back a friend, looked up to think what I was trying to type and felt a big tap /slap and literally saw my phone fly in the air and land other side of room, trying hard to think rationally but feeling pretty spooked right now
😭there's a rational reason for all this, yes???

You need to tell them to leave ,that they are not welcome in your personal space.
Imagine you have a light surrounding you, a cloak whatever you feel the most comfortable imagining, and that it is your protection.
We're you doing anything that was different that may have triggered this to happen ?
After you have eliminated all the mundane possibilities of course.

If your going to smoke cleanse, you need to start from the entrance and work your way around the house, in every room and every corner jntil your back at the exit.
Windows must be open.
You need to do it with intent or your just wafting smoke around.
Your intention is to clear out negative energy, so tell the house what your doing.
Ps tourmaline and obsidian are good crystals for protection but you need to cleanse, and charge them with energy and intention or they are just pretty rocks

I’ve spent far too long reading the full thread with nothing to offer.
I‘m not sure what I believe, mostly I think there is always a logical explanation until I read some scary shit and then I’m scared silly.
There are things we don’t know/understand. Maybe it’s spirits, maybe it’s not. We might know in the future.
In the meantime I would be protecting myself woo style as it won’t harm anything. Unless I set fire to the curtains 😱😂

Even if you don't believe in ALL THAT STUFF go see a medium & ask if anyone is trying to get a message to you. Don't let on what's happened & see if they can shed any light on it. I'm sceptical about things like this but if I'd had something launched across the room right in front of me I'd be trying all ways to figure out why it happened & try anything for an answer. It all sounds very weird

Seriously OP, I believe you. A few years ago I had a cleaning job, cleaning the house of an elderly lady. I was standing in the kitchen there one day, and the vacuum cleaner nozzle, that I'd put at the very back of the kitchen counter, launched itself into the air and landed on the floor. I couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't tell the lady as I didn't want to freak her out and I really liked her. The following week she told me that she saw an ornament in the front room fly off the shelf. I then told her about the vacuum cleaner nozzle. She was very funny and just shouted out in her inimitable cockney accent, "Piss right off, whoever you are!" It seemed to do the trick! 😂 🤣

I prefer to close all the windows and drive the energy out of each room like you would with sweeping. I close and seal with salt behind me. At the final door it all goes out together and the entrance sealed.

Once you're done make sure you refill the space with something nice, favourite scent, music etc.

Nature hates a vacuum and you don't want to suck everything you have just sent out back in!

When I was up at night working in a corner of my kitchen I saw apparently, two shadow people come in through the patio door. My reaction was to say "WTF now, seriously?" out loud, more at what my ridiculous and overtired brain was doing than anything else.

I'm a woo woo if that's what you want to call it. I absolutely believe in spirits and have experienced unexplainable situations since I was a child.
I know that my baby loss is with me and I also know when my nan and aunt are near me and communicating to me.
I ask them for guidance and support when I need it and I ask the universe to help with whatever I need and in some way I receive my desire.

You are being haunted. Someone is trying to get your attention. They probably don't realise they have died and are stuck. You need to get a reputable medium to come and communicate with this spirit. Try your local spiritualist church. Once the spirit understands they have died they will go into the light and you will have peace.

Start sageing your home. Keep a diary, check for any local seismic activity, rule out passing traffic, house subsidence, anything making vibrations. Old house or new house ?

I'm sure someone's said this but please check your carbon monoxide alarm is working, strange things like this happening can be a sign of co poisoning

If something moved under the house and put the room on a bit of a slant, that could cause the items to shoot off the flat surfaces.

Then there could have been another tremor or movement that you felt and interpreted as a “tap” which caused your hand to jerk and throw your phone.

This didn't happen. These things don't happen. They never did happen and they never will happen.

My first thought was a minor earthquake. According to this site, there were a couple of small earthquakes in Britain on the 9th, but nothing in Wales. earthquakes.bgs.ac.uk/earthquakes/recent_uk_events.html
The other possibility is traffic vibration,perhaps a couple of big lorries or cattle trucks passing. A third possbility is, unfortunately, subsidence - do you live anywhere near an old mine?
