I was out earlier. I was about to put some rubbish in the public bin but there I noticed it was filled to the brim with dog poo bags. I have noticed now days there seems to be dogs mess every where. It seems there are more dogs about since covid. I am curious if this can pose health risk for public.

@CindereIIa dog owners contribute hundreds of thousands of pounds to the economy and I’m pretty sure it’s a net gain compared to the local councils emptying bins containing dog poo, plastic food containers etc.’
Some people litter their takeaway food boxes and waste food which is pretty disgusting too. Not as bad as treading in dog poo but I know.

Not at first thought.

Discarded food tends to attract vermin though, and that’s much worse than the occasional dog poo.
