DH’s credit card bill half his monthly wages

My DH takes home about £4500 every month. However each month his credit card bill is over £2000 pounds. AIBU to want to know what this money is being spent on. I know there is usually some genuine household expenditure on his credit card but nowhere near as much as the bill. He stopped receiving paper statements years ago so I have no idea where most of this money is being spent on.

Surely there shouldn't be Privacy between married couples when it comes to financial matters?

If the bills being paid by his credit card are Household then its fine to pay off from the joint account BUT there MUST be full and free access to the statements for the spouse.

If the bills are NOT Household then fine he can have his Privacy BUT he pays it all from his Personal account, not the joint one, and I'd rethink my marriage because WTF is he spending that amount on? We're not talking minor sums here!

I think it's crunch time for the marriage OP.
He allows you full access to the statements or the marriage is over.
