AIBU to be absolutely outraged about the report on the liberation of Auschwitz of GMB without one mention of the fact they were Jewish people who were killed?

That looks to me like a genuine error where either the person doing the autocue script accidentally deleted the word “Jewish” or the presenter accidentally skipped it. A serious error but the script only “makes sense” if you add in the word Jewish at the beginning. Otherwise she’s just saying six million people were murdered plus another million people for different reasons. Hopefully they will clarify.

And the journalist she spoke to didnt manage to say it & how many minutes into the pre-recorded package before the word Jewish was uttered? And they've had all day to 'clarify'.

I’ll tell you what when the Royal Family are leading the way on progressiveness you know there’s something wrong with the world. They’ve done loads between them today and it was quite emotional watching their social media feed - they aren’t afraid to mention the word “Jew” either

Meanwhile a survey released today shows 58% of Jewish people hide their Jewishness to avoid anti-semitism - it seems ITV want them to hide it too

Exactly, it seems more like an error - she said people instead of Jews. Otherwise, what she's saying wouldn't make sense.
