I'm on 3, DF is on Giff Gaff. Down detector says both networks are reporting issues in the last half hour or so.

Anyone else?

I can't call my Dad - it either doesn't connect or kucks me straight off - he can call me but it's not coming through until he leaves a voicemail - not ringing my end but I get voicemail notification.

Texts are sketchy.

Hi, I'm South coast and no power cuts so far - sorry you're having them it's a pain. I know there's supposed to be a storm on the way but we've got blue sky and Internet seems fine touch wood - also through 3. Baffling!

I haven't got network. I'm on ID mobile. My H has the got network and he's on 3.

Looking on down detector several major providers seem to be showing issues but no news coverage so far. Dad texted that my number is coming up as not recognised. I can't call my son either ....

Just had a message from 3 "missed call". The number is actually my Dad? Eh???

Hi yes me. Also on 3. Also on south coast. Got a missed call and a voicemail but can’t get them to ring out. My partner has tried me and he can’t get his phone to ring out either and he is with vodaphone.

Just to add my 4g is working- slow but can browse internet. Just can’t make or receive calls.

It's so annoying isn't it ? Hate being so dependent on technology, but it is what it is I suppose. Worrying for anyone dealing with any kind of emergency.

Interestingly the BBC are reporting Chat GPT is also down world wide.

I'm surprised no major news outlet has picked this up as it's affecting multiple providers and has beengoing on for nearly 3 hours. So annoying.

I just wish there was some kind of information aside from "whoops - sorry we're working on it". Really need to talk to my Dad about stuff that texting would take forever to do. Nah.

I'm on giffgaff and have been having problems over the last few days and it keeps coming up with no service and I got cut off from a phone call yesterday but honestly I just thought it was my very old IPhone pissing about lol I didn't even bother to look online to see if there were any problems but now you mention it I think it's likely it isn't my phone
