Humans in history often have followed these kind of patterns. It's interesting.
They will follow a man that abuses them into the ground, and they will not stand up for themselves in any way.
An extreme example is the jonestown massacre.
Where people joined a cult and followed the male leader's orders, until they eventually killed themselves in huge numbers for him
I was watching a documentary about it recently. One couple had left the cult - they were in the documentary.
People joined the church in America because jim jones the leader, promised them all a better way to live.
The man in the documentary said that he joined the church and he thought that Jim jones was great.
Then Jim jones started taking everyone's money. He insisted that they handed over their whole salary to him every month. People said "but it's for the greater good of the church".
Then he started beating people up and torturing them. The man in the documentary said he started to question it, and people in the church said "but sure its for their own good".
Then he heard that Jim jones was raping people. Still they all stayed with him. The man in the church said that when Jim jones beat up his daughter, he eventually said enough is enough and he left'
He said he looked back and thought "how could I have been such a fool". And then he said "at least I was only a fool for some of the time. At least I left".
People traditionally in history keep following corrupt male leaders.
People in general need to be mentally stronger and stand up for themselves.
