In need of some January tea time inspiration, what will you have for tea tonight? Any of your favourite go to recipes/meals also appreciated :)

Cauliflower, pumpkin and chickpea curry with homemade flatbreads. Using up what's left from my veg box this week, also trying to eat lots more vegetables as part of trying to lose weight.

We're having Greek flat breads with roated peppers, courgette, onion, tomato and halloumi drizzled with hot honey. Maybe some couscous too.

It's just me and my youngest tonight so we're having McDonald's.

I’m having an M&S chicken Provençal with veg of some description.

Chicken stew with dumplings with steamed broccoli on the side and some crusty bread. The stew is how my grandmother used to make it; chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery and pearl barley. I use home made chicken stock and rosemary and thyme and it’s very savoury and satisfying.

Chicken is currently marinating with yogurt, garlic, ginger and lemon juice.

Can't wait.

Same for tomorrow as I always prepare for 2 nights.

We are having spaghetti Bolognese.

If you like using a slow cooker I recommend Bored of Lunch, books and Instagram, I've seen some lovely meal ideas there.

I'm having pork medallions and pasta. My daughter and my husband are having cottage pie and crusty bread.

Side of salmon, cooked with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, stock, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce.
With stir fried onions, leek, red peppers and celery. Maybe some broccoli too.
And rice or noodles.

Tonight is smoked salmon & spinach omelettes with tenderstem and asparagus when we get back from the gym. Yesterday was tuna pasta bake with salad & garlic ciabatta breadsticks.

I’m so jealous. I had left over mashed potato in sandwiches and a slice of birthday cake, despite the fact it’s nobody’s birthday.

Something with beef and spices according to the shared calendar (BF cooking tonight)

A store bought chorizo and potato quiche and some roasted veg.

Traybake of new potatoes, red onion, broccoli and salmon.
