I've fallen down a bit of a rabbit hole lately reading about Bonnie Blue and her mate Lily Phillips.

Both are Only Fans 'stars'. Who've recently gone all over the internet. One for having sex with 100 men in 24 hours and more recently Bonnie Blue for claiming to have broken the world record by having sex with over 1000 men in 12 hours.

I've seen some of their leaked only fans stuff and it's all pretty tame and dull but also quite gross in my opinion. Lots of group sex with multiple masked men who call them slluts and slap their willies in the womens faces while the women pretend to be having the time of their lives.

Lily Philips imo looks particular distressed in some of the videos. Bonnie looks much more detached from it.

Bonnie is also making the news with some of her stunts and derogatory comments about women. All done for click bait I'm sure.

Anyway, onto my aibu.

Even putting aside the very obvious dangers and health risks. Bonnie Blue is now a millionaire. She could probably retire by 30 and be set for life.

I can't decide whether I think she's extremely savvy and smart to be able to do these things but ultimately scone a very rich woman or whether she's deep down very distressed and damaged and will suffer long term.

Do you think you could do any of the things this woman has done if it guaranteed you'd be a millionaire in a few years?

One of the men bit her leg and bruised it. I could imagine it only being a matter of time before someone very dangerous gets in and ends up seriously hurting her.

This tells me she’s already infected with HIV and is now on a vindictive campaign to spread it to teens and young men hence why she sets up shop around colleges.

National Health services need to make a public campaign using her face.

She didn't know how STD's were transmitted so I doubt she has any idea what HIV is.

The rates of HIV in heterosexual males and females has risen by 36% (M) and 30% (F) in the past year in the UK. Heterosexual transmission and diagnosis of HIV has now overtaken the rates in gay men. Vaginal sex has a lower rate of transmission, but in BBs circumstances the risk will be higher (multiple partners within short timescale when vaginal trauma and irritation will be likely).

I'd say the rates of STIs within the male population who would queue up with 1000 others to be filmed having sex would probably be quite high.

The risk of HIV transmission would be low (ish) overall, but I'd be more concerned about syphilis (400% increase in a decade and highest rates since 1948), gonorrhoea (highest rates since records began in 1918). That's not to mention our reliable ever present Chlamydia, and newcomers Mgen and trichomonas. Hepatitis is also making a bit of a comeback. Herpes and genital warts can be transmitted even when using condoms, also pubic lice and scabies.

I know legitimate porn actors have to be tested frequently, as do many sex workers (through choice) and many will be on Prep. I'm not sure about regulations for OF "creators".

This is an unnecessary and stigmatising comment. She would be well aware that to do this would be a criminal offence. If she has already contracted HIV, she would likely be on effective medication and of no risk to any sexual partners, as are the majority of people living with HIV in the U.K.

Reading news articles, I understand condoms were used, (although the first person started off without one) and STI tests done beforehand. It is unknown if she is taking PrEP which is highly effective in preventing contracting HRT. For reference, PEP also exists - like the morning after pill, but for HIV

Thank you. From what little I've read it seems that if Bonnie Blue mentioned not caring about contracting HIV it was said more to sensationalise knowing that certain tabloids would pick it up and use in headlines as clickbait. It's certainly not the first time this has happened and anything mentioning HIV preys on the fears from the 80s with no mention of how things have progressed since where it is now classed as a chronic manageable condition. This is also the reason why some of us won't engage with certain tabloids as they skew the headings and detail, missing out relevant factual information to increase readership.

The reality is if, as the articles mention, all participants had STIs done beforehand this would rule out any but recent STIs/HIV contracted (taking the window period into account where it might not show up for a few weeks) plus as condoms were used she was taking safety measures to prevent contracting HIV. A good interviewer would have questioned if she was taking PrEP (like contraception but for HIV) which is available to anyone engaging in situations that could potentially lead to contracting HIV.

Between Bonnie and certain tabloids the headlines and articles aren't helpful for people with HIV. At least it was good to see one of them used the correct language in talking about it as a health condition and included PrEP and PEP.

Bonnie is the queen of rage baiting. Whenever she says anything like fking teenagers or getting hiv she knows everyone will be in a froth about it, it'll keep her current in the media and she'll get more subscribers to her site.

It's like she's thought 'they are going to hate me anyway, i may as well go all in' and it's working a treat, the DM are running an article a day about her and no sign of letting up
