Do you do it?

Do you make your Dc do it?

I wash my hands before preparing food and after visiting the toilet. Also after doing anything dirty. Not before eating though.

DD got into HW in a big way during COVID so washes her hands regularly, in more circumstances than me.

No problem - I work in a hospital and see first hand the impact that viral/bacteria stomach bugs can have on people, from mildly unwell to life-threatening dehydration requiring Intensive Care treatment. You see enough of that and that's going to make you not want to really take any risks with regards to food safety 🥴

I don't wash my hands except after doing a poo.

Not when you’re menstruating or have handled something with chemicals like nail polish remover, cleaning products? - do you always wear gloves? Do you not wash your hands to prepare food for others? Do you have pets? Sorry, I’m intrigued
