Gym changing rooms. Woman sat butt naked on vinyl type benches while she rubbed body lotion in for about 10 mins. Bare arse and foof all over furniture which others are using. Put some knickers on ffs, I don't care if you're naked but please don't rub your lady bits all over the furniture 🤮

I love the camaraderie of the women chatting and happily getting on with changing

I love this too and I have some lovely acquaintances who I regularly chat to. But we do it whilst being dressed fairly quickly and not flashing our foofs for an indecent amount of time.

I’ve seen the bare bum on benches many times and thought how revolting, but twice now I’ve seen women changing SanPro in the changing room - one unwrapped and inserted a tampon, the other was unwrapping and sticking a pad on her knickers. Both should have been done in a toilet cubicle.

Another was a young woman who had clearly had breast implants - they were like huge round melons and completely out of proportion to her very slim frame. I would arrive for spinning class most days after work and get changed while she would be walking around stark naked, slowly doing her hair/makeup and talking to friends, and when I’d come back 1.5 hours later after my class and stretching etc she’d still be stark naked and wandering. It was noticeable because she also spent so much time eyeing her breasts in the mirrors from every angle and jiggling them around. She got so many odd looks, rather than the admiring looks I guess she wanted.

In Germany everyone walks round changing rooms naked. Not sure what the attitude to a naked butt on a bench would be though.

I'm very casual about communal changing areas, but bloody hell, put a towel down to sit on.

I think your description is 'grimmer' than her actions tbh. Who on earth describes a woman sitting on a bench as 'rubbing her lady bits all over it". It's the sort of thing a pervy man would say. Ask the gym to put signs up or something.

Oh god yes it is grim. Years ago I was in a gym changing room and a naked woman put one leg up on a bench and inserted a tampon 🤣 I was horrified, still am 🤣🤣

This 👆 people sit down in sweaty, bacteria laden leggings and often put their shoes in footwear on the benches whilst tying laces. I personally wouldn’t sit naked on a gym changing room bench, but that would be so my clean skin didn’t pick up something nasty, not out of concern that my clean skin would contaminate the bench.

She is said to have been about 70. Speaking as a women of 65, I can tell you that being dry as a bone is more likely. I don’t know what kind of fanny issues some women on this thread have had, but a freshly washed and dried body won’t be dripping unless a women is menstruating and failing to wear a tampon.

Some of the posts on this thread suggest a pathological disquiet with the human body. I assume they won’t be putting their own naked bottoms on the bench, so what are they afraid of?

My DH saw a guy in his gym who, after putting his jeans on, pulled them back down halfway to dry his hairy arse with the hairdryer for several minutes.

I don’t sit on the bench with sweaty leggings in either. I either a. Don’t sit b. Sit on s towel c. Have a shower and don’t sit down at all

Urgh, this thread is giving me flashbacks to the swimming pool changing room with my dad in the 80's, saggy balls and willies everywhere. Thank god for changing villages with cubicles nowadays!

I agree with previous posters that there is definitely an element of performance with some of these gym users, whether they want to make people feel uncomfortable or want attention, it's hard to tell.

I used to go to a gym where every morning, a lady used to shower, then from her locker produce cereal and a pint of milk, pour it, and wander round the changing area stark naked eating it. Unecessary.

Well I swim there so the shower is kind of necessary.

This is a good example of why I can't stand the gym. It's all too close for me.

Has she come straight from the shower? I don't mean a quick rinse in her cozzy but from a private cubicle where she has, presumably, used shower gel? If so, I don't see what is wrong with this. To be blunt, she is not going to discharge anything onto the seat in a few minutes. I think it is a pita that women are so coy in the changing rooms, juggling towels and robes, as if we haven't all got the same bits.
