He's not putting on pressure to help the victims of grooming gangs. Mind, Labour seem very unbothered by them - but it attacks part of their core mindset: that vulnerable groups (in this case the S. Asian immigrant community) can never be oppressors (this somewhat explains Corbyn's support for Hamas btw).

What is Musk doing to try to stop grooming gangs? Why is he speaking up now, when the grooming gangs have been known about for a very long time and many of the members have been prosecuted and jailed (including the case he tweeted about. Mohammed Karrar was jailed in 2013 and also prosecuted again in 2018/19 whilst still in prison on a life sentence).

I know someone who was a social worker in one of the areas at the time and when people say there was a cover up and victim blaming they are dead right. According to this person being raped and drugged by a gang of men was a ‘lifestyle choice.’ I’m about as left wing as you can get and I am delighted this is being spoken about because believe me when I say this is still going on today. All those calling for a FURTHER inquiry what do you believe this will achieve? Someone mentioned stopping these gangs forming? Musk, Yaxley-Lennon, Farage etc etc have had nearly 20 years to press for change since Ann Cryer (a Labour mp if it matters) first helped bring this to national attention.

A great place to start would be pressuring the govt to implement the recommendations from the 2022 inquiry. Then perhaps someone could look at limiting the ability of violent misogynists and incels from spreading their propaganda on SM.
