Are men really that obsessed with sex that they are so desperate to rape and queue up and be solely concerned with their own depraved satisfaction.

I know it's not all men but I'm feeling so disillusioned with men in general and it seems to be getting worse and not better.

Does anyone else feel like this? Also the only people I see posting about Gisele are female.

I posted this on another thread. At our work Christmas party there was a guy being absolutely vile to the women on the table. He said a few times that he has no interest in anything that a woman has to say. He repeatedly referred to us as 'birthers'.

Both Lily Phillips and the men took part are as equally as disgusting as each other, imo. Let's not treat them as two different things, because they really aren't.

Imagine being her parents, or sibling, and having to sit opposite her during Christmas dinner, knowing she voluntarily did that. I wouldn't give a damn how much money she made from it, I'd be extremely ashamed and embarrassed to be in way related. She doesn't need sympathy, she needs some tough love.

Except - even if they were abused - more women than men are abused (how come so few female abusers) and lots of men who were abused don't become abusers.

But we occasionally commit violent crime, it's part of who we are.

scientists say that sometimes we go into survival mode, fight or flight, when shocked or under threat or feeling under threat (real or imagined) and at that point the thinking part of the brain stops working, stops putting the brakes on, and in that moment it is possible that we could react and kill someone
but not rape, which generally requires pre thought, lack of empathy, etc, it isn't a fight or flight reaction

Rape is to do with dominance and general lack of empathy, about ongoing problems, divergence from the norm.
Hormones like oestrogen vs testosterone can affect mood and aggression but they don't cause lack of empathy etc.
