It is utterly absurd and frankly fucking insulting for a British newspaper to describe a violent, abusive and manipulative man as a woman. There is nothing at all about this person that is female and there never could be, since he is MALE. Yet the word in the headline that is in parentheses is 'dangerous' and not 'woman'. Why??????? This gaslighting bullshit has to stop!!!!!

The law is clear that the offence of rape is committed with a penis.

Whatever the identity of the person to which that penis is attached.

A charge of assault by penetration means something other than a penis - an object or other body part - was used.

Which is still horrific for the victim.

And as has been pointed out already, the sex of the victim in this case is not stated. Either sex can be victims of rape or assault by penetration.

They should open a special prison for men pretending to be women. Better make sure to secure a big plot of land next door in case it needs to expand in future.
