To be accurate, assault by penetration and rape are separate offences.

In Britain rape can only be committed with the penis.

Assault by penetration is when someone puts an object or any part of the body other than their penis (for example fingers) into another person's vagina or anus, without the person's permission.

Mind you, that puts paid to the claim that transwomen who have had "bottom surgery", i.e. have had their penises removed, are not a threat to women.

It’s like Emperor’s New Clothes, we’re supposed to deny the evidence of our own eyes.

Indeed, but with the more sinister overtones of '1984' - "The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command."

LoveRicePudding · 17/12/2024 04:59

Can we identify aggressive men as dogs? Because then they will be put down instead of being sent to jail.
This is insane.

Wonderi · 17/12/2024 05:23

So many men do this because it separates themselves from their crimes and it really pisses me off.

One of the things about prison is you’re meant to accept responsibility for your actions and be sorry for them.
Creating a brand new identity isn’t going that.

If he wants to call himself a she, that’s fine.
But the reporter, courts and prison staff should not be doing the same.

It is not going to cause him any harm to be called a he and called by his first name even if he was ‘born in the wrong body’.

How is this even allowed.
When looking at the statistics of sex or aggressive crimes, they are going to be completely wrong.
We use the statistics to try and make things better. How can we do this if everyone’s just lying about who they are.

Wonderi · 17/12/2024 05:25

These men also get special privileges in prison too, which is such a slap in the face for the prisoners who have never committed a sexual crime.

Skintfriend · 17/12/2024 05:49

The special privileges are single cells often with bathrooms. It is a massive headache for the guards. I'm a prison visitor and I've only come across one TW who committed crimes inside (UK South). I'm always interested to learn how long these TW claim to have been transitioning. The test for GRC was a minimum of two years living as opposite to your biological sex.
A dress does not make a women. Most natal female posters on here will wear trousers everyday. Most female crime is non violent, its usually drug mules or benefit fraud. A sprinkling of shoplifters.
Personally I hope he gets sent to a prison with some of the infamous lifers. They're some scary women, I've sat near them.

Ytcsghisn · 17/12/2024 05:54

Of course he’s a woman. And you’re a transphobe, bigot, nazi, fascist for saying otherwise.

#bekind.

Can everyone applaud now, I’ve done my good deed of the day.

ArabellaScott · 17/12/2024 07:19

Just noting for accuracy that there is no mention of the sex of the victim. Could be male or female.

Sex by penetration is different from rape, which is very specifically the use of a penis.

This man is a drag queen as well as being 'trans'.

CatsndtheBear · 17/12/2024 07:35

TheKeatingFive · 16/12/2024 22:24

Ffs, this whole farce is ridiculous. Why record the crimes of these dangerous men under 'women'? Who does that benefit?

It benefits MRA's and TRA's because when the stats are blurred it is very easy to say - "men pose no more of a threat to women because LOOK women are raping and attacking too".

The stats used to try and advocate for the protection of women show that overwhelmingly men are the perpetrators of sexual and violent crimes. If they record it as "women" committing the crimes too, then it will have a widespread impact.

MobilityCat · 17/12/2024 07:35

"violent, manipulative and controlling behaviour" castrate him and that should sort his transitioning out.

Nolegusta · 17/12/2024 07:37

Most definitely not a woman.
Is it just me or are there definitely more men saying they are women than the other way around? Happy to be proven wrong if that's not the case, just going on observations, in real life and online.

Errors · 17/12/2024 07:38

YellowAsteroid · 16/12/2024 22:22

And a very male crime.

Except they didn’t actually refer to it as rape as in British Law, only men can rape. Hence the ‘assault by penetration’ 🤯

Yes, but I will bet my monthly chocolate allowance that he raped her with his penis. But, because he calls himself something he can never, ever be; they call it sexual assault.
And Britain needs to change their conditions that constitute rape because it is not just penis meets vagina. It's just another way men can minimize what they do to women and make it "less important".

hattie43 · 17/12/2024 07:48

Another fucked up man

Hoardasurass · 17/12/2024 07:58

Butthechildrentheylovethebooks · 16/12/2024 22:12

I don't think its says whether he'll go to a mens or women's prison for his reduced sentence? Brain fucking insanity if its a women's....which I assume it will be....

As he's in England and he attacked a woman and still has his penis (as over 90% do) he'll go to a male prison, in Scotland he could have been sent to a female jail after an initial assessment that basically only really looks at how much risk he would be of both physical harm and hurty feelings by being in a male prison rather than a female 1 and gives only lip service to the risk he poses to the actual women in the female jail

Squirrelsnut · 17/12/2024 08:02

Sporting triumphs - stolen from women
Appalling crimes - 'given' to women.

What a time to be alive.

hepsitemiz · 17/12/2024 08:08

In the title of the article they put the quotation marks around the wrong word. It should read “Dangerous ‘woman’…”

forgotmyusername1 · 17/12/2024 08:12

If women hadn't started making a noise and fighting back this individual would be on their way to a woman's prison as that is the way things were going. We need to continue to expose sunlight on these cases and continue to push back. Hold the line ladies, hold the line

Wurlywurly · 17/12/2024 08:17

OutWithTheMule · 16/12/2024 23:11

Yep but you're not allowed to say that here without being called an TRA or accused of being a terrible person who hates women.

If you're bored of important safeguarding issues for 51% of the population "trans posts" why do you click on them and post on them? Cooking bores me but I don't pounce on every thread about food or recipes and tell everyone how boring it is. Weird behaviour.

Wurlywurly · 17/12/2024 08:24

When is some part of the media going to get brave and start correctly seeing these people? I know there is media guidance that they have to kowtow to gender identity but is it actually illegal for a newspaper or website to report on this as a man? What would happen if they did? Or couldn't they just say "this person who will be housed in a male prison" and get around it that way?

Also, why is this 'boring'??

Are people fine with violent men being classified as 'women'? I don't understand that. How is that a good development for women?

CraigSheppardBull · 17/12/2024 08:30

Man.
Just can't understand.

eqpi4t2hbsnktd · 17/12/2024 08:33

Clearly not a woman... ever met a woman who shaves her eyebrows off?

Sinkintotheswamp · 17/12/2024 08:36

I complained to greater Manchester police about a similar case a while ago. Their eventual response admitted it was not a woman. Took a while to get a reply though, I had to chase it up. I don't know if they've changed their news report yet though.

Go to the Lancs police page and complain. I will. You don't have to live in the area to complain.
