I am @RampantIvy , thank you. I started putting up barriers to try and prevent his attempts which did make a difference but changed tack and he ramped it up. Thankfully he finally left for the OW (she was part of the reason I think he ramped it up) and as soon as he was out of the door I could start to heal, although that wasn't an easy process. I feel very calm and contented now, thank you

When I'm physically well I'll be all smiles opening the door, helping neighbours and would feel a bit stressed about missing a knock in case it was really important.

When I'm not physically well, all I care about is my safe comfortable space and I feel a bit vulnerable to door knocks if I don't know it's my Amazon delivery! I can go from neighbour of the year to mentally thinking 'get to hell and leave me alone' quite easily.
