Spirallingdownwards · 26/10/2024 21:56

Blankscreen · 26/10/2024 22:05

That is INSANE

Maybe a million ? We don't have many homes that are worth more than that where I live , but it's not a particularly rich part of the south east
Some new homes near me are around 500,000 I think ? Hard to say really

MillyVannily · 26/10/2024 22:08

About 1 to 1.5 million where I live.

SandandSky · 26/10/2024 22:09

There is one which is comparable on our road, it’s currently on sale with an asking price £2,950,000

(same road but completely different stratosphere 😂)

ChangeItAgainSam · 26/10/2024 22:10

Given i live in the very centre of london, probably a about 15 or 20million if the gardens are as big as the appear be in the photos!🫨

Dragonflysparkles · 26/10/2024 22:11

There is one very similar on in our village, it’s 1.75m. Curiously older houses in this sq footage would cost double the modern house here.

1.5 million I think in my area

You couldn't pay me to live in Larne.
If that was in Belfast, depending on which area you could probably add 1 to the start of that price.

I think property has become really expensive here.

Why so adamantly against larne?

8-900k, I reckon.

trainboundfornowhere · 26/10/2024 22:14

I’m in Scotland. Around here maybe offers over £1000000 as a 6 bed in my area was offers over £1.3.

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 22:14

SockFluffInTheBath · 26/10/2024 20:33

It’s very ‘thin’, so to me - rightly or wrongly- it looks like a cheap build. By that I mean there’s no real depth to the window sills or doorframes- they’re not far off the depth of the walls.

That said I live in an old house with blast-proof depth walls so accept I may have different views 😅

Edited

Funny because we checked it out and it is solid as a rock. Thick thick stone walls. Built in early 90’s

Trying to figure out the square footage.

the prices here are insane.

the house was sold for £340000

It would be well over a million here, possibly in the region of 1.2-1.8M depending on the road.

These things are so area specific though ( I live in the South East with a very fast train into London).

Is this the op's house? Its gorgeous.

I'd say 950k here in Glasgow

No we missed out on it but loved it

London suburb. About 2 million

MrsMoastyToasty · 26/10/2024 22:19

It depends on how wide the area. I live within 10 miles of The Royal Crescent in Bath and also the Clifton area of Bristol . Both have houses with that number of rooms etc that go for several million.

latetonews · 26/10/2024 22:26

1.4 mil

Flaskfan · 26/10/2024 22:32

I reckon 1mil. Shitty end of n Wales. There's a house near me up for 600, but it's not as big or swish as that.

359fj · 26/10/2024 22:36

There aren't really any comparable houses near me so it's difficult to tell, but I'm sure it would be over £1M. My 3 bedroom flat cost more than the asking price for that house. 😭

Lordofthechai · 26/10/2024 22:36

2.5 million

AgileGreenSeal · 26/10/2024 22:37

Hankunamatata · 26/10/2024 19:46

It's cheap because it's in Larne. Nearer Belfast or Hillsborough etc you would be looking 800k plus.
Love NI moved here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else

No offence to Larne but that makes sense now.
I couldn’t live there. Just couldn’t.
on up the coast road would be lovely though.

It's rather sad how people across the UK as a whole have completely surrendered their incomes to disgusting pigs and crooked landlords.

House prices across London and the UK are out of control and there is now an urgent need to reduce the price of property.
