Between £2-5 million depending on exact location (having put those specs into Rightmove).

South London.

MyOtherCarisAVauxhallZafira · 26/10/2024 21:10

Between 1.5 and 2.2 million depending how much work needed and how close to the water

LBFseBrom · 26/10/2024 21:11

A couple of million.

RVEllacott · 26/10/2024 21:12

About £1m but it could be more depending on specific location/road/views.

Darrae · 26/10/2024 21:14

You’d get a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house for less but it looks quite grand from the front. I’d say 4-500k. There are 5 bed houses for 3-400k though

It’s very ‘thin’, so to me - rightly or wrongly- it looks like a cheap build. By that I mean there’s no real depth to the window sills or doorframes- they’re not far off the depth of the walls.

That said I live in an old house with blast-proof depth walls so accept I may have different views 😅

Edited

Although the walls and windows in that house don't need to be thick - they'll have multiple times the u value of yours (in insulation terms).

We don't need to build thick walls any more, any more than we need to have outdoor toilets!

Crikeyalmighty · 26/10/2024 21:16

Around 1.4 million ( Bath)

Notgivingup54 · 26/10/2024 21:17

About 1.5 million. We are walking distance to Bluewater shopping centre. 10 minute walk to the station for all London stations. Last exit to Dartford Tunnel 5 minutes away. Fast track railway from Ebbsfleet to London. We live in a terraced house, worth a fortune for no good reason than above really, moving soon!

TortolaParadise · 26/10/2024 21:30

4 - 5 million London

terracottafarm · 26/10/2024 21:31

N maybe 900k

iamtheblcksheep · 26/10/2024 18:34

1.2-1.5million but it depends on the village and garden

This here too.

HesusCuckingFrist · 26/10/2024 21:33

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 18:40

£340k

Houses are insanely cheap in NI as its an unpopular place to live and had funny land laws - mortgages can be challenging.

Depressedbarbie · 26/10/2024 21:35

1.5 million I reckon

Mere1 · 26/10/2024 21:36

£5k-&650k.

Daisy12Maisie · 26/10/2024 21:39

According to right move it would be about 1.5 million where I live.

1.3-1.6mil (Surrey)

YourLastNerve · 26/10/2024 21:43

£2m, more if large plot/garden. Very location specific - if in the cheaper town nearby could be as low as £1.4/5.

Rapunzel91 · 26/10/2024 21:43

I’d say £900k

Flopsy145 · 26/10/2024 21:45

Around 1 mill

dreamer24 · 26/10/2024 21:46

Between £600-700k
Sought after, popular area of the north east.

inquisitiveinga · 26/10/2024 21:47

750

McSteamyorMcdreamy · 26/10/2024 21:51

Similar in my area would be about £1.3 or £1.5 mil

Lolly8301 · 26/10/2024 21:51

1,000,000 - Gower, Swansea

Londonrach1 · 26/10/2024 21:52

It looks like the ugly new builds that are springing up around here so 650-800. Sorry not to my taste but I'm sure lots will like it.
