Transactivists have tried to disrupt the LGBA conference by releasing insects into the venue. It's disgusting . Because they don't think gay men and lesbians should be allowed to meet peacefully without them.

No one is stopping transpeople from having events by themselves, why shouldn't gay men and lesbians be able to meet if that's what they want to do? It's just repackaged homophobia - same sex attracted people aren't allowed to have their own conference.

I have to be circumspect in my language as I'm not sure we're allowed to use a certain four-letter word to describe this movement, even though I'm in no doubt it qualifies - hierarchical; skilful use of brainwashing techniques; recruitment of vulnerable members, who do the grunge work and are ruthlessly cut off from their family and friends by insinuations that only the group have the members' best interests at heart and anybody trying to undermine belief in the group has to be cut out of your life; relentless drive to get money from allies and sympathisers who are persuaded that it's a privilege to help the cause; people rapidly rising through the hierarchy who in any other sphere would correctly be identified as troublemakers, criminals and deviants.

One member of this group (not apparently present in the hall yesterday) is believed to be the eldest child of the Fox-Killer, who of course has raised very large sums for the Good Law Project, in spite of having an extremely low success rate. No doubt the child has been watching and learning.

Some people are 'spewing violent hate' but it's not the gay men, lesbians and bisexuals at the conference. They really can't see themselves or their behaviour at all, can they?

Men have to be included in every space not meant for them. That isn't a request; it's a demand, and if they don't get what they want there'll be a lot of noise made and people will suffer. Women must not be allowed to go about their business in peace. Likewise LGB people. As for asserting our own autonomy over who we do and don't want to have sex with, women in general have always had this bad but it's far worse (politically at least) for lesbians in the current climate.

Because where's the kick in demanding a heterosexual woman sleeps with a transwoman, when you can coerce a female who by the very definition of homosexual is not attracted to intact males? If the object of this rapey culture really wasn't to objectify, intimidate, and coerce, women, then trans women would have no issue in sleeping with a consensual heterosexual or bisexual woman, or even more radically they could always fuck each other.

I saw someone on another forum refer to this group of homophobes as "trans reich activists", which made me laugh.

Some are trying to trans the gay away - but many are straight males who aggressively target lesbians in real life and dating apps. Once upon a time, they’d be considered ‘transvestites’. Now they’re part of the ever-expanding Trans umbrella - and allowed to march in Pride parades with signs saying ‘suck my huge trans dick’ or ‘ you know you want a girlfriend with a cock’. (I’m quoting actual signs.) And lesbians are banned, vilified, or harassed for saying they’re same-sex attracted.
