To report this car?

I live in an awkward shaped street. One of my neighbours is very selfish with her driving/parking. She flies round the corners when coming and going and just abandons her car across the pavement. There would be enough parking for everyone if she parked properly but she often takes up a couple of spaces due to the silly ways she leaves her car.

Anyway, this car has now been without a valid MOT for a week. She drives around with her young son in it all of the time.

AIBU to report her car for having no MOT with the hope that she'll get a fine and maybe decide to shape up a little bit?
I don't want to cause issues for myself as I live alone and she's quite the nuisance as it is so I don't want to give the police my details but also don't think crime stoppers would be much use.

Get a life will ya.

You're not doing this out of concern.

Amazing how people seem to have such a blind spot when it comes to cars.

Like all the ShOulD bE oUt CaTchInG PrOPeR CrIMiNaLs comments every time our local police put up a Facebook post about ticketing the selfish arsewipes parking all over the pavements outside our schools, or when they have a blitz on speeding through our villages

Sorry....what?!

OP - report them but I'm far more interested in what ever the hell was going on with @YouMustBeMrsWhippy!

You can report it but unlikely the fuzz will do anything.

I believe that they have to see it being driven to do something about it.

It can take a week if you renew it at a post office for it to update on line.
And a week out of date she'll likely to just get a reminder to do it straight away.
Not the revenge you want.

You can't renew your mot at a post office, are you confusing it with car tax?

Car tax was abolished in 1937, are you confusing it with VED?

I'll be honest, I misread it and thought the guy was inside your campervan! Sorry!
