How on earth are we allowing porn like this to access

Surely aggressive and violent porn and all the other filth must be affecting people? I worry so much about what children get to see. Surely it must have an effect on men, it’s just so shocking the things that are out there.
We never had access to this before, just some magazines, Page 3, a few videos…what’s available now surely must have a psychological affect on people

It's honestly alarming. I just assume that people don't know what they are defending, or that they/their male partners are already so deeply affected by it that they think it's normal.

Not the same as a never ending stream of graphic pornography in your back pocket 24/7 is it?

Of course it's not. Hence why parents need to take responsibility for what their children view.

What about grown men? Do we let them take responsibility for their porn consumption? Because that's not going very well is it?

@Fluufer I give you an example- quite a while ago went out with another couple- guy late 50s says to my H - 'haveva look at this - really amusing' - brings his phone over and shows H some real hard core nasty stuff- I'm sat next to him- H says he didn't quite know what to say . This guy ( who is a middle class professional) clearly thought it was both normal and funny and that we would all be 'cool with it' - his GF was mega embarrassed as she could see our reaction. With some blokes it's secretive and hidden and with others it's clearly mainstream culture these days- and I think many women by doing the'oh it's normal, all men are visual' by not actually being aware of what they are saying is 'fine' have actually allowed it to be seen as acceptable -

So what, things in the past that were immoral still don’t make things today moral.

Becuase viewing of legal content is changing behaviors in real life. Why are you OK with choking, gagging, aggressive anal etc becoming expectations? Don't you think men would feel differently were women frequently consuming and wanting to enact "rough pegging" pornography?

Grown men have always done what they like. The things they like are getting worse for women in the bedroom.

@ATenShun it's perfectly legal to drink 3 bottles of wine a day or bet £200 on football a week- but if it's going on in the household I want to know about it as it affects how I feel about a relationship- I appreciate others feel differently and don't give a shit but plenty don't want it in their relationship

I don’t understand that society is so careful with health and safety at work and not saying the wrong thing etc yet for that industry all the bets are off and they can say and do the worst things ever. Have never understood this.

which government. Your English prince, your Parliament house, your BBC premises, your hospitals are all part of the horrible places where men have historically abused kids

your private schools, your choir schools, your catholic sponsored orphanages, it is all governmentally sponsored men who did that

yes, because where is the difference? Women are still vulnerable human beings if they decided to do that kind of job.
