Has anyone signed up for the Coldplay presale? This is for the dates that they are playing next year in Wembley and Hull.

I think that we are supposed to get an email about it tomorrow

What date was that for?

It was presale standing, pre sale seated and then all the expensive ones. No option to choose say £100 ticket.

Yeah it let me keep reserving and then it said I’d reached the limit of how many tickets I could reserve. So bloody annoying. If it has just offered me the option of choosing the under £100 first I would have bought.

That's exactly what happened to me, I've twittered my disgust at it!.

Already tickets for 7th and 8th are on Viagogo.

I really think that you should have to prove you are still the original ticket holder to be allowed to attend the concert. There's a lot of profiteering going on looking at people already selling them on.
Luckily I've had Teams meetings all day, so just sat on them watching myself fail to get any tickets.

Yes i finally got a ticket for the Sunday!

It only showed me one option for searing, but it did let me buy a ticket for £99.

I feel like I've run a marathon!

If they’ve got time to check a bag they’ve got time to check your ID. I’d rather spend longer waiting to get in on the day than mess about with this process.

I think the original ticket purchase thing is difficult. I got Oasis tickets in the presale but got them for my friend who I gave them to at cost as I decided I wasn't that bothered about going but she's a massive fan but didn't get a code. There should definitely be a way to stop resale for profit & dynamic pricing.

I got through to buy but it was only really expensive tickets left at £300 packaged type tickets. I’ve left it. Gutted. Will try tomorrow.

What's included in that 300 ticket. I think it's a pre concert drink is it?

It's weird cuz it was the exact same amount of people ahead of me this morning, as there was this afternoon.

But it took three hours for me to get in this morning, and only 1 hour this afternoon to get in

I was about 64,000 for the 8th finally got to the top five minutes ago and only £245 hospitality left, I might have considered it if there hadn’t been fees on top taking it to £498 😔

They've just announced it's finished.

I wonder if they'll do another extra dates announcement?

Finally got to the ticket page - no seated tickets left at sensible prices, only hospitality packages. And now they're saying presale tickets have sold out on all days. Will try the general sale tomorrow but what a farce. Exhausting.

The Americans flying over to Europe for Taylor Swift really bothered me to be honest! They had so many shows in the USA, far less competition for tickets and yet so many still felt the need to take Europe tickets?

I've not had such a frustrating experience since the Tesco early access Christmas slots. At least I got a slot that time.

I managed to get 2 for the date we wanted. My 12 year old is so happy 😃 and feel like a top mum for getting them after the let down of Oasis!

Americans flew over for Taylor Swift because tickets are FAR cheaper here than in in the US, the dollar is strong and their ticket market is even less regulated than ours .. it was cheaper to fly here and buy a ticket than go to see her in her home country.
