To ask if you’ve put your heating on yet?!

I’m cold. But also poor so I’m doing my best to keep it off!

No not yet but this isn't the sort of September I remember, it's cold and damp. We've had a couple of fires though just to be a bit cosy and get rid of the horrible damp feeling.

8 degrees here. Have put the heating on 20. Fingers were so cold, I had difficulty moving them.

I've caved. Mainly because everything feels slightly damp. We tried to hold off until almost November the other year, becauseit's a big house and i was scared of the bills but the house ended up with horrible damp patches. Lesson learned. I also get reynauds and chilblains, so trying to ward those off for a bit longer.

I succumbed to putting it on this morning. It’s 4 degrees outside brrr

Southern Ontario. l have the ac back on tonight, its humid outside and someones woodfire smoke is bothering me so I needed to shut the windows.
