Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Breakfast - overnight oats. I'm obsessed!

Lunch - Moroccan chicken and cous cous

Dinner - cod and bacon wrap

Snacks - ninja creamy, skinny bar, options hot choc, 2 xs caramel wafers

D Thai chicken burger in a brioche bun, mixed salad, carrot ribbons and potato wedges

Today
B strawberry yoghurt and a nectarine
cup of tea

L two slices wholemeal bread with mascarpone and gorgonzola
some grapes

D beef keema and cabbage curry, rice and chapatis

Friday night is movie night so there's some Radler cooling in the fridge, some crisps, some nice chocolate and some more cheese and crackers so people can help themselves. I'm a chocolate fiend myself.

Yesterday I had a cottage cheese salad with apple, celery and walnuts for lunch, then for tea we had pork chops cooked with onions and apple slices with greens and new potatoes. Drank six cups of tea and two Diet Cokes.

Today so far I’ve had three cups of tea, a ham and cheese panini and a peach iced tea (Starbucks). Planning to make a Thai fish curry for tea.

Update: I never made the fish curry yesterday; we went to a Caribbean restaurant after work and I had curry goat, coconut rice, fried plantain and two Guinness punches.

Today I had prawns and cottage cheese and some salad for lunch and an apple as a snack. Tea will probably be a sandwich or something on toast to be honest; DP’s going out and I can’t be arsed to cook just for myself. I’ve had four cups of tea and two Diet Cokes.

Breakfast:3 coffees with sweetener and milk and a digestives biscuit, lunch was salad with romaine lettuce, a couple of spoonfuls of rice, chicken breast, guacamole. Dinner was sort of a "treat" cheese nachos with steak, peppers, onions, pico de gallo, jalapenos and cream. 🙈

Brunch 2 1/2 fat sausages, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns and 2 rashers of bacon. Dinner 3 pork steaks. Nothing else as I'm not very hungry (on Ozempic).

Sourdough toast with a fried egg and tomatoes mid morning, handful of Pringles at lunchtime and half a beef burger at tea time. 1 digestive biscuit, an apricot yogurt and a handful of grapes.
2 coffees, 1 cup of tea, 2 pints water.
Food really doesn’t interest me; I usually try to eat healthily but today wasn’t one of my better days!

Several cups of tea, with some seriously chocolatey digestive biscuits with a couple of them, poached eggs on toast for late breakfast/lunch, a couple of packets of lightly salted kettle crisps and then for dinner veggie chilli con carne with basmati rice, some cheese on top and a tortilla wrap. I made slightly too much rice as I was feeling really hungry at the time, so now I feel a bit like a bloated whale 🤣

Breakfast - crunchy nut cornflakes and a cup of tea.

lunch - at a cafe - 2 fried eggs on buttered toast, a bowl of chips and a thick strawberry milkshake with extra cream.

snack - coconut skinny bar.

dinner - cheese, tomato and salad cream sandwich, a packet of cheese & onion crisps and a lemon yoghurt.

snack - 100g white chocolate

Lunch was a packet of wotsits, scone with raspberry jam and clotted cream and another tea.

Dinner was a mustardy cauliflower cheese with chicken wrapped in pancetta.

Yesterday's dinner was a huge pile of garlic and paprika roast potatoes, and some green salad with mint. With a bit of plain bagel on the side. Really nice one from the bakery.

Today had my smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, and some cheese and onion crisps. And tea and wine. And some tangfastics!

Really want a can of coke but CBA to go out and I have none in the building 🙁 so just having water.

I had 4 strips of turkey bacon and a gluten free bagel for brunch (with two cups of tea), then a couple of nectarines for a mid afternoon snack. For dinner I had fillet of sole, some roasted potaties, kale salad and a diet root beer. Had another snack of an apple later in the evening and some herbal tea.

Yum. I slice them into rounds, sprinkle pepper and garlic salt on top and roast them on a greased cookie sheet, turning them when they start to turn brown.

Breakfast: bircher muesli (homemade) with strawberries and a cup of tea
Lunch: Homemade Lentil Soup with some homemade bread.
Dinner: Marinaded Tofu with Cavolo Nero and Basmati Rice

Snacks: Banana, Nectarine, Grapes, Oat cakes with cheddar, green tea, white tea, some fizzy water and pistachios and a slice of homemade carrot cake with a cup of earl grey. About 2.5 litres of water as well.
