Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

B . cup of coffee , a fried egg with grilled onion and cheese in a grilled ciabatta roll
L. Tuna and mayo mixed with spring onions and cayenne pepper in a grilled ciabatta roll and cup of tea
D. Homemade veggie cajun rice , a slice of choc cake
Snacks . A buttered crumpled and cup of tea

Toast with peach jam and tea.

2 fig rolls

Cup of tea.
More fizzy water.

Chilli con Carne with cheese and sour cream.

2 whole grain crackers

2 glasses Rose

Herbal tea.

Sunday: Porridge with cherries around midday; peanut butter on toast during the football; steak with sautéed greens in butter and garlic for dinner. Five cups of tea, two Diet Cokes, sparkling mineral water.

Today: Greek yogurt with peanut butter for lunch; handful of walnuts; curried eggs for tea. Four cups of tea and two Diet Cokes, pint of water after my run.

lunch - cheese and tomato panini
had about 16 fizzy strawberry laces and half of a kinder chocolate bar

Dinner is going to be jacket potato with tuna, cheese, beans and lettuce along with some cucumber and carrots.

Greek yogurt and skyr mixed with cottage cheese, strawberries, blueberries, mixed seeds, honey, peanut butter

Seeded sourdough toast with cherry toms, soft boiled egg, and tuna mayo / mashed avocado / chilli & lime

Tend to get fixated on certain foods and eat them for days...

Battered cod in wraps with rocket and pesto

Snacks : walnuts, dates, graze smoky bbq mix, pretzel chocolate

Tea, coffee, water, pepsi max

Two slices Jason's seeded sourdough, half avocado and some brie

2 large figs

Two large veg spring rolls, heaped spoon of coleslaw and some chopped up beetroot

2 caramel rice cakes

Scampi, boulangere potatoes,green beans and tender stem broccoli

Two coffees (one instant and one machine) and a tea

Hey everyone!

Breakfast - muesli with honey

Lunch - two roast chicken thighs, side of fried cabbage, tomato, red onion and cucumber salad, fried kale with garlic & brown rice

Dinner - leftovers from lunch. Yum

@SlivedAvocado Smoked alpine sausages sound amazing!! I love sausages but dk those ones. Are they like frankfurter or more like meaty chunkier sausage? Or salami? Yum!!

@TeenTraumaTrials Boulanger potatoes are one of my faves!! I cook them for about two hours. Last time I forgot the onions and it was still pretty lush. When I make those I just literally eat a massive wodge of it on its own! Obsessed! 🤤

Today I had-

Pack of salt and shake crisps
Three white wines
Dinner was tinned tuna, mixed bean salad with sweetcorn- four types of beans, yellow peppers, onions and basil in olive oil and lemon with lettuce, cucumber, celery and boiled potatoes.
Got some biscoff type flavour haagen dasz so gonna hit that shortly!

I love beans, and you can't go wrong with a good old tin of tuna! Haha.

My diet has been pretty terrible today. Lots of sugar I don't usually eat but my period started.

Yoghurt a small mug full (plain full fat), and a banana.

Tea with 2x chocolate biscuits.

Coffee x 5

A vegan chicken nugget I pinched from my partners lunch.

Beans on toast (wholemeal bread 3 slices) with tons of butter.

Vegetable and konjac noodles soup with an egg.

@Anotherparkingthread I've not tried konjak noodles. They're the super low carb ones? Are they any good, do they need tons of seasoning? I love glass noodles, so if they were like that I think I could get on board!

L- 5 crackers with cheese, a tomato, a baby red pepper. Mini twix. Water
D- roasted veg and pine nut pesto pasta, garlic bread.. 2 scoops of Ben and Jerry's Phish food. Water. ginger tea.
Glass.of grapefruit juice

B - Smoothie - Banana, mango, vanilla protein powder, flax seed, oat milk

Snack - Deliciously Ella cacao orange oat bar

Lunch - 3 chunks of seeded baguette with butter, 5 olives, 2 boiled eggs, coleslaw, roasted veg couscous

Snack - Handful salted pretzels

Dinner - Beef and veg and potato stew with 2 chunks of seeded baguette with butter

Snack - Tangerine & handful of nuts

@BobbyBiscuits The sausages were sort of squat little things in a long string, about the size of a large walnut each. They were in Lidls and looked interesting so thought we'd give them a go. To be honest, the skins were a bit tough but they were very tasty.

Today

B pear and banana yoghurt
cup of tea

S half a banana and a cherry and cashew nut muesli bar

L mini pitta with salami, some grapes, some peanuts and a nectarine
cup of tea

S hot chocolate and orange drink

D smoked salmon + courgette pasta with cream cheese, chili, lemon and garlic.

Snacks: lentil chips, coffee and chocolate biscuit, about 5 of dd leftover nuggets. I feel like there may be gin later too. Not my best day.

Cottage cheese with berries and honey, peanut butter on sourdough toast

Tuna, cottage cheese & avocado all mashed together on seeded toast, with cherry toms & chilli flakes

Smoothie - scoop protein powder, block frozen spinach, chia seeds, milk, water, vanilla syrup

Dinner is chicken noodle stir fry

Also had some dates & walnuts

Drinks - tea, 3l water, horlicks

@SlivedAvocado ah, thank you. Yeah I think I know the things you mean, like kabanos but smaller? Yeah, the skins are a bit too tough I found also.

Today I shamefully haven't eaten yet, just tea.
Had to take cat to vets and deal with injured DH. So been a bit hectic!

Going to have tuna, bean salad, greek salad, flatbread and potatoes. My mum made chicken in tomato and peppers sauce so I'll nick some of the sauce! And a well deserved wine or two, lol.

And that haagen dasz ice cream. I keep forgetting about it?! 🙄

Everyone seems to be eating less than me and I'm on bloody WW!

Breakfast: two protein Weetabix with almond milk, almond milk iced coffee (homemade)

Lunch: Chipotle chicken and light mayo sandwich on brown bread (using up left over chicken from last night's fajitas)

Dinner: Chicken and cheese 3 egg omelette

Snacks: half a punnet of frozen black grapes, small pot of FF greek yogurt with homemade granola, small portion of SF jelly made up with FF greek yogurt (lush), Cadbury Delights Chic Orange Bar, cup of tea, two cans of coke zero and a bottle of Pink Lucozade Zero

May still have some forest fruit frozen yogurt (made in the Ninja Creami) and yet more homemade granola - made a batch yesterday for the first time in ages and can't stop eating it. I'll still have a couple of WW points left after all that too.

More snacks that usual today, must be my period! Crumpet with butter, grapes, orange, homemade brownie, square of dark choc, sourdough crackers with babybel - not all at once though!

Homemade smoothie with banana, raspberries and strawberries and a spoon of flax seed for breakfast.
Left over chicken and veg stir-fry for lunch.
Three jaffa cakes.
Beans on toast for tea followed by some coconut yoghurt.
Had a skinny latte from Costa mid morning.
