Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

Toast and butter

Coronation chicken sandwich and crisps

Bacon eggs and beans and toast

2x chocolate biscuits.

Thursday - starts well but goes to shit as always:

Breakfast - 1 Orange, 1 apple. DIY tea made with fresh lemon, honey, cinnamon and ginger (trying to stave off the many colds going around).

Lunch - Toast, butter, hummus. 2x Bounty cereal bars

Dinner - Tuna pasta with onion, orange pepper, celery, cheese (obscenely large portion). Another apple.

Will probably have some pickled onion monster munch when I can be bothered going to kitchen.

Not my best day.

Aldi lunchbowl (Korean BBQ beef, carrot, cabbage and rice)
Slice Jason's ciabattin

2 mini sausage rolls

Chicken breast topped with ricotta and breadcrumbs, some oven chips, carrot, asparagus and tender tenderstem broccoli

So far today:

Bacon sandwich (on toast) with some spicy mayo.

Probably won't do lunch (Bit late now).

Suspect dinner is a quorn thing and salad and I know theres some banana caramel pudding thing (sponge, to be warmed up) in the fridge that needs eating.

tomatoes on toast.

L/ Vegetable and lentil soup. Alpro yogurt.

D/ Bean and vegetable chill with rice.

S/ Oat milk banana & peanut butter smoothie.
Nuts and seeds.
Bowl of shreddies

Today

B/ Oat milk porridge, strawberries, dried

apricots and seeds.

L/ Falafel salad wrap. Apple. Flapjack.

Dinner will be tofu and vegetable stir fry with noodles

S/ Nuts
Spinach, red pepper and basil muffin

@Snowpaw @WiddlinDiddlin My Indian friend introduced them to me! You basically make a potato filling with mashed potato, coriander, masala and red chilli power and mix it together. You can butter 2 slices of bread and then add the potato filling in and make a sandwich. Put it on the stove and grill both sides so it's crispy. It's so delicious. 😀

S - 3 Oat cakes, handful Luchito tortillas & mini pot of holy moly guacamole

L - Coronation chicken baguette & salad

S - Handful roasted unsalted peanuts

D - Chicken, refried beans, guacamole, salsa, cheese fajitas with 2 Luchito wraps

S - Vegan Magnum, another handful peanuts, small bowl muesli & oat milk

9 months pregnant bottomless pit as I could have eaten a lot more 😂

L: avocado, bacon, feta, cherry toms, rocket

D: hello fresh chilli beef stir fry

loads of water and tea

B: Two slices sourdough toast with fried egg, avocado, mushrooms, blackberry jam and fig.
Green tea. Two cups filter coffee with oat milk.

L: Busy shopping day. Half rosemary Foccacia roll from market stall and plain Kefir yoghurt drink.

S: satsuma, two squares dark chocolate, green tea.

D: Trout fillet with samphire, broccoli, sliced potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, herbs and lots of olive oil baked in oven. Ate too
much of this as can’t resist potatoes.
Glass of wine. Sparkling water.

Handful of montezuma dark chocolate buttons and herbal tea.

Yesterday (13 mile walk)

B strawberry yoghurt, sliced banana, cup of tea

S 1/3 pack of Maynards wine gums, 5 date and peanut balls, 8 boiled sweets

L large pita bread with ham and cheese

S large salted caramel muesli bar and a chocolate milk

D chicken breast and this orzo aubergine tomato bake thing that was absolutely disgusting. I gave the dog half the chicken.

Lots of tea, water and a bottle of lemonade

Lunch - turkey, cheese and lettuce baguette with crisps and a madeleine
Snack - fruit salad (grapes, strawberries and raspberries)
Dinner - wasn't very hungry so just had a slice of toast but the rest of the family ate parmesan crusted salmon
Dessert - scoop of mint ice cream!

Lunch - aubergine and peanut curry, spiced chickpeas, mango salad and a flatbread (our work canteen are doing African-style food for Black History Month and it was very tasty)
Dinner - chicken puff pastry pie with peas
Now - big glass of red wine
