Hey folks,
Hoping you'll want to keep this going!
Been loving reading everyones meals now for the last few months!

Yesterday I had..
Tea with 2 sugs
Loads of cheese and onion crisps
Leftovers from greek restaurant-
Pork, chicken, beef kofta, tzatziki and greek salad.
Three white wines
Can of coke

Happy eating folks! 😀

B: skinny latte and a banana
L: weight watchers cottage pie with extra peas and broccoli
D: Sausage, Mash, veg and cauliflower cheese and gravy
Snacks: some ritz crackers and a small wispa bar

B: protein shake (Purition pistachio) with soya milk + frozen berries
L: flax seed toast with smashed avocado and tomatoes
D: veggie burgers x 2 (chestnut and feta) with green beans and chilli mayo
Snack: Skyr baked apple yogurt + a few dark chocolate almonds

Still low carbing to keep diabetes in check so quite pleased with today, carbs under 60g.

B - buttered toasted tea cake and a cup of tea

S- crunchie and 2 packets of cheese & onion crisps

L- minestrone soup and 3 slices Wholemeal bread

D - cheese & tomato panini, chips and a large tomato.
dessert - small blackcurrant jam tart

Bol daal pot with some leftover Cooked chicken , slice of Jason's seeded ciabattin

3 mini toad in the hole
Romansecu in cheese sauce - heaven

breakfast - a banana
lunch - pasta salad with lettuce, cheese and cucumber
dinner - toad in the hole with tomatoes and mashed potato + gravy
dessert - chocolate brownie my daughter baked

had a ton of peanuts throughout the day as well!

Trying 16:8 again.

1pm - leftover dinner - paprika chicken, red pepper, spiced rice & 2 squares dark chocolate

4pm - 3 dates, few walnuts, teaspoon of peanut butter

8pm - pasta with herby soft cheese sauce mixed with peas & sun dried tomatoes, slice garlic baguette

9pm - few sweets, horlicks

2 litres water, flask of decaf coffee, 4 mugs tea, pepsi max

Yesterday
Toast and marmalade

Roast chicken and gravy, roast potatoes, roast carrots, roast parsnip, roast onion. Broccoli and cauliflower mix.

Packet of crisps and Buttered ginger cake.

Today
Toast and marmalade

Pork chop and apple sauce. Roasted butternut squash, roasted carrots roasted parsnip and roasted sprouts.

Packet crisps and two fox's chocolate biscuits

Tea and water and coffee.

Today was-

Tea with 2 sugs and milk
Last slice of mushroom buratta pizza.
Some haagen dasz ice-cream that's awful... Don't ever get the biscoff one! I'm literally resenting the waste of calories! Sooo boring tasting!
Pack of salt and shake crisps
Three slices of Gail's baguette with butter

Dinner was a jacket potato with garlic and nutmeg crispy spinach, a third of a ball of mozzarella melted on, and lots of parmesan, with lettuce, cucumber and spring onions.

Loads of sour skittles
Five white wines (across a 9 hour period, lol) 🙃
Loads of water

plant meatballs, spaghetti, marinara, cheese and broccoli
a bourbon biscuit

S Deliciously Ella Apple raisin oat bar

L Jason Sourdough roll with fried egg and 1/2 sliced avocado

D Red Thai chicken curry with garlic, ginger, lime, honey, peanut butter and coconut milk served with rice & peanuts

S Luchito tortilla chips guacamole. Strawberries + Grapes.

B banana and a bowl strawberry yoghurt

S handful mixed nuts and some Leibnitz black and white biscuits

L beetroot and salad cream sandwich on rye

D lamb kleftiko and lemon rice

Lots of tea.

No breakfast but had 2 teas, 1 decaf coffee, 1 litre water

1pm :

Pasta salad (penne with red pesto, feta, sun dried tomatoes)

0% Fage with honey, blueberries, mixed seeds

1 tea, 1 litre water

Dinner is sticky sweet chilli beef noodles with green beans and peanuts (hello fresh)

Will have a few dates & couple squares of dark chocolate after, maybe a peppermint tea - I know how to live.

Chicken burrito and coleslaw (from canteen at work)

Individual bag of mini breadsticks and small tub of hoummus

Chicken, chorizo and vegetable orzotto (DD cooked tonight which was a lovely treat and it was very tasty)

Serious sourdough addiction going on here!

s - 2 easy peelers, 2 tiny coconut and chocolate bars/bites, another Double Decker chocolate bar

D - jacket potato with lots of cheese, cucumber, vine tomatoes and pickled baby beetroot.

Oooh I’ve not posted on this thread for months!

No breakfast
Latte with skimmed milk
Lunch: Cheese on 2 x seeded toast with Lea and Perrins and Kimchee
Snack: Frozen pineapple, edamame beans and sliced avocado
Dinner: Salmon fillet with roasted vegetables and kimchee and proper mayonnaise.

A couple of coffees with skimmed milk

Will have something else later but undecided as to what!
