I am very much looking forward to their days in court. Starting point for Violent Disorder - two years. Attempted Murder? Life sentence.

Not so hard now, are you lads? Fuck you all. I just sympathise with their wives and kids cos a sentence like that means saying goodbye to any social housing they might live in.

And they filmed themselves. I hope they live in fear of that knock on the door for years. Then when it comes, I hope they realise that they’ve ruined their lives.

I mean… it was a floating prison ship like something out of Dickens, appalling levels of fire safety, had to be emptied out because of disease in the water supply, people didn’t have the automatic right to leave and go ashore and some poor person killed himself there.

First off, yep it goes without saying that they are a bunch of macho racist twats. Secondly, do you all realise that it costs approx £50k per person per year to keep someone in jail and YOU my friends contribute via tax so fuck that, I would rather most of them do some hardcore community service to make amends for the havoc they have wrought.

And that's without mentioning that many immigrants have experienced terrifying water crossings, knowing many have drowned in the attempt, leaving them with genuine phobias and at times PTSD around water, and boats. And then they wanted to house them on... a boat.

Not if they have partners and kids. If your dad/partner is this sort of person, I assure you home life is probably complete shit and constantly walking on eggshells. Hopefully they'll get some respite from living with someone like that for a little while and not lose their home. However I have no sympathy for single blokes losing their tenancies.

I was thinking how apt it would be if we could use all that paid-for Rwanda capacity to house these violent brain dead nightmares. We can but dream eh??

Now we are experiencing something of the horror the Israelis felt when Hamas invaded Israel on 7/10/23.

It is inexplicable. If we could explain it, we would be like them, and we are not. We can only hope that the police will arrest as many as possible and bring them to court.

I think migrants who bring their children to cross the Channel illegally should be immediately arrested for endangering the lives of children. The children should be taken away from them - permanently.

If any of us took our children out to sea in a small boat, we would never see them again. If our children would be removed from our care, why are children still with their parents as illegal refugees?

It might stop them bringing children, and that might make them think again about coming here.

The problem with making them do community work instead is that in doing so, they are denying someone else a job who needs it.

We have to accept the price of prison. That is what they deserve, to have their freedom taken away, They can be set to work inside the prison, and they would learn a bit of discipline. Community work would not give them that.

It's designed for willing occupants, not as secure accommodation. Even if you added external locks to the doors (which would be a fire trap waiting to happen), it would be a very simple matter to kick the cabin partitions through. These are made of metal and could be turned into weapons very easily.

Feral's don’t think the same as normal people, if they do get a conviction they’ll probably just wear it as a badge of honour amongst like minded people in their community.

When I was watching the news I actually wondered how many of the men already have form for DV and SA I bet it’s a lot.

The rioting is horrendous. Subhuman scum looking for a fight.

But it also completely distracts from peoples' legitimate concerns about immigration. People who would never dream of rioting or harming others. Because now these concerns will continue to be ignored because "racist thugs".

perfectstorm I read your poem. It is lovely.

I can tell you that I have been disabled for a long time, and my best carers and helpers have been African, and have had to flee for their lives.

What Britain cannot continue to do is have more immigrants. It is not the colour or creed. It is that this country cannot give them accommodation and work. Some of the people who have helped me had no idea how expensive it is to live in Britain. They are cold. They cannot cope with the cold wet climate, and they suffer from it. They have to start right back at the bottom. I pay my carers far more than the minimum wage. It is probably why they stay so long, but they don't get more than the minimum anywhere else.

I say this not because I am rich, I can only pay them from my benefit, but I would rather have less hours and pay them more.

They never realised how very difficult it is to make it in Britain. Nor can they understand how the illegal boat people can pay thousands for a place in a flimsy boat, when the same money would enable them to set up business somewhere else. How many countries do they travel through to get to Britain? No one tells them how hard it is.

The people smugglers and traffickers are acting the same way as the 18/19th century slavers. Those slaves worked all day for a wooden shack in a white world, and food. A man who works full time here, and cannot provide a roof over his family's head and food in their bellies is in the same position as those slaves. The accommodation might be better than the old plantations, and the food might be better, but if that is all they can provide when they work full time, it is slavery.

I am not talking about the unemployed or the part time workers or the unfit to work. I refer only to those who cannot earn enough to save, who cannot provide more for their children.

Unless they arrive with money and contacts, the people smugglers are doing them no favours.

I wish we were a large country and had more capacity. They would be better to escape to another country which can accommodate them.

It's just an excuse for racism and violence. Unfortunately, prisons are fairly full. Build more prisons and increase sentences, but Starmer is too much of a do gooder chatting about rehabilitation to do much of that.

I saw one of the thugs talking on tiktok, he was talking about 'all this immigration' and 'them paying no tax' and being a 'threat to women' His ex was on tiktok saying this man is 44 and has only worked for about 2 years since leaving school, there's no reason for him not to work and he is a wife beater who doesn't pay for his children. I bet lots of them are all the same, violent, racist dickheads who contribute fuck all themselves to the country. They're not even decent people, partners of fathers.
