Absolute sub-human scum rioting in the streets. Attacking hotels with humans inside. Burning down libraries and CABs. Pretending it’s about immigration when it’s just mindless animal violence.

I am very much looking forward to their days in court. Starting point for Violent Disorder - two years. Attempted Murder? Life sentence.

Not so hard now, are you lads? Fuck you all. I just sympathise with their wives and kids cos a sentence like that means saying goodbye to any social housing they might live in.

And they filmed themselves. I hope they live in fear of that knock on the door for years. Then when it comes, I hope they realise that they’ve ruined their lives.

Them, and the traitors who encouraged them.

Scumbags one and all.

And frankly I don’t care if anyone thinks I’m being unreasonable or not.

Take away their passports - for life.

Littletreefrog · 04/08/2024 20:21

So if they lose their social housing they have to move into private rented and who foots the extra rent they cant afford? The tax payers. Excuse me if I dont jump for joy.

They should be chucked out onto the streets, not be put up at the expense of the society they've violently attacked.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

AmusedMaker · 04/08/2024 20:27

What happened to the rioters of 2011?
so much damage caused then.
did they lose their council houses?
what prison sentences did they get?

wasn’t that long ago really so a good gauge for what will happen here.

gardenmusic · 04/08/2024 20:29

loitering in public spaces.

Do you have to do something else, as well as loiter?
I'm a bit of a loiterer.

Yes but as a country we don't do that which is why there comes a point where people have nothing to lose, because no matter what they do they have the safety blanket of social security.

HeyTalkToMeGoose · 04/08/2024 20:30

They are assuming the prisons are too full to take them so there will be no repercussions

They received sentences 4 times as long as the average for similar offences. This article was written a year after the riots, so the 1,800 years total in sentences would have gone up as it was still ongoing.

and of course this was when Starmer was head of public prosecutions.

Well sounds like your post is full of hate too. Not excusing them though.

What's wrong with hating racist thugs?

Do you think people's families get kicked out of social housing if they go to prison?

No they won't but the tax payer will probably have to pay up if an income is lost.

As well as jailing this lot I would like to see protestors who riot in this country because of what's happened in, say, the USA, also jailed for public order offences but that one is highly unlikely.

AmusedMaker · 04/08/2024 20:39

thank you

It's a bit unfair to put children on the streets for the crime of the parent, don't you think?

Friendsfestival · 04/08/2024 19:57

It is. I do hate seditious racist violent thugs.

Does this include the thugs in Harehills?

Craftycariad · 04/08/2024 21:05

Kebarbra · 04/08/2024 20:08

Do you have a link for this? I'd be interested to read more about it. I don't care about those who commit these crimes, but awful if it means families are kicked out, and not a scenario I've come across.

Usually when looking at eviction under normal circumstances from social housing the crime has to be in some way related to the property but the crime and policing act changed this I believe.
One of the anti social Behaviour grounds for eviction are

Intimidating behaviour - threatening or unruly behaviour, drunkenness, harassment and loitering in public spaces

BobnLen · 04/08/2024 21:09

Do they all have social housing, I thought there was a waiting list, some of them only looked about 20

malificent7 · 04/08/2024 19:55

So it should be.

They are violent, racist bullies who are setting fire to hotels where children are living.

They are looting and setting fire to shops where we work.

They are attacking the police and strangers on the street for no reason.

The police are taking so much time trying to control these thugs, that anyone trying to ring 999 is now going to have an even longer wait for the police to arrive to help them.

These are the same men who attack their partners or make their kids live in fear, because they are bullies who need to try and intimidate others to make themselves feel superior.

I hope people do hate them.
There is absolutely nothing not to hate about them.

Choochoo21 · 04/08/2024 21:20

kateluvscats · 04/08/2024 21:02

Does this include the thugs in Harehills?

That was nothing to do with race.

They also weren’t attacking innocent people on the street or trying to kill young kids by setting fire to the building they were living in.

It was actually groups of Muslim men with brown skin, who put the bus fire out and helped the police calm the crowds.

But there is no justifying their actions and not one person would justify their actions and so I’m not sure how that has anything to do with these riots because no one has said that that was ok.

It’s also very telling that those were called thugs and it was classed as a riot, whereas these are called protesters simply fighting for something (which they can’t actually explain even if you ask them).

I’m not sure what point you were trying to make.

FuckingFreezing · 04/08/2024 21:26

Please don't refer to vile human beings as "animals". Animals are innocent, intelligent and beautiful creatures who only kill or maim for food or self defence. They are better than all of us.

JenniferBooth · 04/08/2024 21:35

Some on here never miss an oppurtunity to shoehorn in how shit social housing tenants are,

DreamTheMoors · 04/08/2024 21:42

Call them lots of things: violent, racist, thugs — but please don’t call them animals.
Animals don’t burn down buildings.
Animals don’t riot.
Animals don’t attack other animals in large groups unless they’re hungry.
Animals don’t scream racial epithets.
Animals don’t attack the police.
Animals mainly mind their own business.

Human beings are the only “creatures” who do all those abhorrent things.

Crikeyalmighty · 04/08/2024 21:47

I'm with you OP - although it won't happen, certainly if anyone doesn't have kids I would be booting them out of social housing if they have it -I would also be removing passports for 10 years and I hope plenty lose their jobs . If we haven't got enough prison places, then hit them in life options - I know others will say well that's not going to help them- no it isn't , but might make others think twice. This isn't about life being somewhat shit or they would have done this under the Tory's- it's purely about political agitation and agitated for by a facistic right wing by using an awful tragedy to flex their muscles, do a bit of looting andgenerally create mayhem under a new government -

Bellsandthistle · 04/08/2024 21:48

‘These are the same men who attack their partners or make their kids live in fear’

Maybe, but there are plenty of home-owning men who don’t riot but attack their partners. The classism is so unnecessary. If it is only one social class rioting, perhaps we should be asking why they are so disproportionately affected and upset.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 04/08/2024 21:52

TokyoSushi · 04/08/2024 20:07

There's no space in the prisons though...

They could be put on the boat the Tories thought was fit for asylum seekers. I understand that's been vacated.

Crikeyalmighty · 04/08/2024 21:56

@Bellsandthistle I don't know many middle class football hooligans either- and its nothing to do with 'why they are affected' it's because certain sad buggers of varying ages just love argy bargy especially if it involves booze , football and others like them

Absolutely
No animal that I can think of deserves to have this comparison made .

Humans are the most despicable animals ( I only use the word as they are alive but not plants )
