Why does this country have very little compassion for the victims of grooming gangs?

Firstly this is not a post about race! I understand men of all races have been involved in grooming gangs! This is mainly about why the British authorities and public have very little sympathy or will to try and solve the problem.

I find it horrendous how so many young girls have been exposed to the most horrific acts of rape, gang rape, murder, forced pregnancies throughout the UK over the decades etc...

Some of these girls where as young as 11!! Most where under 16 and grew up in care homes or came from very deprived backgrounds. Most where white.

When I see all the cases of this happening throughout the UK and hear how the POLICE, SOCIAL SERVICES, LOCAL COUNCIL and media gave it very little attention... Some of the documents showed that the council in Rotherham openly told it's staff to stop mentioning it in reports. The police would often lie blame with the victims and said it needed to tread carefully due to racial tension, and the social services would describe the men as their bfs..

• a girl of 16 had been raped by over 300 men before she turned 16
• some of them would disappear from care homes and where locked in flats for weeks where men would come rape them
• some girls disappeared completely (thought murdered
• some of them where trafficked around the country to be raped by other men
• some girls murdered
• 1400 girls raped in Rotherham under 16 and only 28 men have been convicted!!!

It shocks how people are still scared to talk about this or have no interest to do so... But when a woman is wolf whistled in the street.... Well conversations need to be had.

Is this because the children are white working class?
The majority of offenders in the cases are predominantly British Pakistani?
The children been brought up in care?

I do feel class played more a role, I feel if they were middle/upper class the authorities would have stamped it out immediately.

It’s @ToadOfTheThreads not me who wants to educate an entire community to capture the minority of rapists/abusers in their midst.

I agree with you hence my post above that basically details educating people to prevent children being abused and those who are abusing.

Do you disagree with PSHE, the adverts, etc, to try to stop VAWG in general, or do you just disagree with raising awareness about racially and religiously aggravated crimes against white/black girls by those softer means?

Look at the reports into the grooming/rapes... When many Pakistani men where raping them they were calling them.

White girls are recognised as the victims of British Pakistani grooming/raping in reports as that's who they are primarily targeting and making racial slurs when raping and torturing them.

It seems to me you solely want to focus on a a single community on a preconception you have of their beliefs.

You seem to think they are solely responsible for CSA and not focus on the perpetrators and patterns that lead to the crimes.

What do you mean? This whole thread is about racism/VAWG. It’s about taking actions to stop racially and religiously aggravated violence against women and girls, particularly white girls who are not appropriately recognised as victims of these crimes, because of prevalent preconceptions about who is incapable of being a perpetrator or a victim of such crimes purely on the basis of their race and religion (or lack of).

Young Boys tend to be groomed by white female teachers.

What are the stats for racially and religiously aggravated child sexual abuse gangs?

That’s what this thread is about.

Where are the parents and care givers. The country needs to tackle the issue there. My BFF at school was knocked up at 14 due to daddy issues and a very abusive mother, they are white. So the issue of broken families/homes qnd abuse in these families needs to be tackled. Was heartbreaking to see her be groomed by a graduate (18 and white) give her the attention she craved from a man! No father figure in her life and 14 ended up pregnant.
She ended up with 4 babies from 3 different men (all white and much older then her) by age 19!

The issue is massive and needs to be tackled. Why are these girls and teens in such horrid homes no social services to investigate these broken and abusive homes.
Authorities need to get to the root cause the families/homes these kids come from

Yes I saw these stats also. The vaaaaast majority are English Caucasian.
Thats been my experience where I live. Groomers and peados around where I grew up, west country, are white males.

At my school 4 students got pregnant at 15 by white males over the age of 18.

I get so frustrated when people use that gotchaof 'a ha only x amounts prosecuted so'... are you then rape deniers? If no ones found guilty, then there's not been a rape?

Focus resources on the groups targeted. Children from neglected homes.
This reduces risks for those children.
Also find the gangs amd imprison them.

I am also concerned about the teachers grooming children.
Children who are not necessarily from neglected homes are targeted.

Its exasperating. The title of this thread is “Why does this country have very little compassion for the victims of grooming gangs?”.

A fair number of posters are determined to change the subject to something else. Bundling in incest and teachers abusing pupils, or talking about negligent parents, or local authority care, anything but focus compassionately upon the victims of grooming gangs.

The answer to the title can be found in the behaviour of these posters.

Really? Where they gang raped by different men and sexually trafficked across the country? Did you know any of them that where murdered? Did you know any of them receive death threats against their families if they didn't agree to be passed around to different men....
