one when I was walking the dog. And was facing the pond and having a go. And just now. Some man laying on the grass on the side of the road. Hand down his pants. Just laying their pleasuring him selves. What is it.

I remember living in Spain and there was a resident flasher in the town where I worked. The police were aware of him, everyone knew who he was but they said their hands were tied unless he was doing it within a certain distance of a school, kids playground, etc or if he actively goes to touch someone. I think men caught doing this sort of thing should be forced to go on a strong SSRI with monthly drug tests. But you often find that men who are arrested for sex crimes have also been arrested/warned over exposing themselves in public.

Sexual deviance wouldn’t exist without men being horny and wanting to “get off” as you say. Eunuchs don’t do these things. It’s the horny that makes them do such silly things. I honestly don't think men have evolved in the same timeframe as everything/women yet.
