They have always been inclusive of biological women who identify as trans men and also non binary.

But allowing men who identify as women into their sessions whilst vulnerable women are learning how to breastfeed? Seriously? And what about women like myself from a faith that doesn't permit men to be in intimate spaces with women? What about women like myself who are survivors of domestic abuse who had to learn to breastfeed whilst making symptoms of PTSD.
I don't want biological males hijacking these services for women!!!! It makes me feel unsafe, traumatised and afraid for my daughters.

Why is LLL suddenly falling over themselves to accommodate men with fetishes for lactation?

I feel like I'm going crazy when I read what's happening to places like LLL and Girl Guides.

Why are people so dangerously naive now?

By being transgender, transitioning from male to female and using hormone therapy to alter their body and become more feminine.

Trans women are not just blokes in dresses.

Oh they absolutely are just blokes in dresses. No human can change sex. And now babies are being used in pursuit of adult delusion.

Humans cannot change sex. Transwomen are men. Men cannot become female. But you know all this. Why do you bother repeating nonsense? You’re not going to convince any sane adult.

because they live their life as woman.

The only way to live your life as a woman is to be born female and become adult.

It makes no sense to despise them so much.

Other than women's sports, women's prisons, taking women's awards, pushing for the mutilation and sterilisation of children.... no sense at all.

Edited

They can live their life as a woman. They just can't be a biological woman.

None of the trans women I have met have been pushing for the mutilation andd sterilisation of children.

Do you know any trans people personally or do you just believe the insane hysteria the media is whipping up? They're just normal people who want to live as the opposite gender. They're not the bloody boogeyman.

I do. Does anyone not, now?
Much of what you call "insane hysteria" is in their own words on social media.

"Living as the opposite gender" is just performing certain stereotypes. I can spend my day in jeans and a hoody, no make-up, fixing a car, and I'll still be a woman at the end of that day.

They cannot change sex completely. But a transwoman who has had top/bottom surgery and taken hormones is no longer a man. They are physically and biochemically different from men.

They are not biological women they are transwomen. Which is different from a man once they have completed their transition. It is also different from a biological woman but that doesn't make the just a bloke in a dress.

I don't understand people's hatred for such a small percentage of the population who lives very difficult lives. Transgender people face so much abuse and violence in their lives and are regularly the victim of hate crimes, anyone enduring that is not doing so for a laugh or for a sneak peak at a tit.

The fact people can't see this is all hysteria whipped up by the media to distract people from what is really going on in politics and societal problems is ridiculous.

I did think the f word was perhaps a bit too much!

Hateful is strong though - I don't hate trans people, I just think that we should be allowed to discuss major changes in how society should be organised and we should be able to say no to some things.

They're not being used as a prop for mens validation FFS.

You're being ridiculous by insinuating that trans women wanting to feed their baby is about anything other than wanting to feed their baby like a woman, because they live their life as woman.

Would you seriously want this dude anywhere near you when you’re vulnerable and seeking support breastfeeding your baby? I think you’re very naive to suggest that there are not men with fetishises in this sphere. Incredibly naive. I’ve made it sensitive because it’s a man posing as if breastfeeding a real child and it’s quite disturbing to me.

This is abuse in plain sight.

Dress as a woman, wear makeup, behave as woman, usually marry a man and have a female name, do all the things biological women do.

BalletCat · 13/11/2024 22:06

The "fluid" is milk.

It baffles me the vitriol aimed at such a small proportion of society.

They aren't hurting you. They are more likely to be the victims of violence than any other demographic in our society. It makes no sense to despise them so much.

@BalletCat

They are more likely to be the victims of violence than any other demographic in our society.

Nope. Overall, men of colour are the demographic most likely to be victims of violence.

Good God, that's genuinely disturbing. What mother would let some bloke use their child as a prop for his fetish? I hope the child never sees that when they're older.

Hunglikeapolevaulter · 13/11/2024 22:36

Dress as a woman, wear makeup, behave as woman, usually marry a man and have a female name, do all the things biological women do.

So a lesbian who likes combat boots and trousers and wears no make-up, isn't a woman then?
That is literally just a list of stereotypes.

Barbie222 · 13/11/2024 22:36

I think breastfeeding groups should be inclusive and supportive of all biological females who choose to breastfeed.

Bottle feeding is also brilliant, for those who choose not to breastfeed or don't have the equipment to.

Biological males breastfeeding is bad parenting that does not put the child's best interests first.

Ah stereotypes. Gotcha.

My son wears makeup, clothes from the ladies department, and will (if he gets married) will marry a man. He's more stereotypically "woman like" in his behavior.

Does that mean he's a woman.

No of course not. Men can wear what they want, including makeup. They are still men. Stereotypes can get to fuck.

Edited to add. All the things bio women do? Transwomen are welcome to my periods. I spent 2 days this month in too much pain to move.

So what are bottle-feeding mothers doing - feeding their baby like a man?

The only way to live your life as a woman is to be female. Everything an adult human female does is her living her life as a woman. Including bottle-feeding her baby.

Of course there are men with fetishes I'm not stupid. I just don't believe that a man with a fetish would go to the length of literally transitioning which takes years, having top or bottom surgery, taking estrogen to alter their bodies and voices, having their own baby and then inducing lactation with a hormonal protocol.

The sheer amount of effort that would take surely makes it obvious that only actual transwomen with a genuine want to feed their baby would do it.

ThreeB · 13/11/2024 22:41

But @BalletCat, they don't have to do any of those things to be considered a trans woman. It would actually get you described as transphobic (in some circles) if you stated those things

HaddyAbrams · 13/11/2024 22:41

How do women behave?

OrangeSlices998 · 13/11/2024 22:42

The protocol used to induce lactation for women who haven’t given birth is very difficult to get support to implement as you need medication to do it and support to ensure you’re going about it the right way. Most/all of the women doing this work are doing so because they want to provide the most optimum nutrition and with the medication and support to get lactation going they have the physiology to maintain a full milk supply. The goal is feeding the baby.

A trans woman wanting to use their (underdeveloped) breast tissue to make ‘milk’ which is not enough to maintain anywhere near the level of milk a newborn needs, is doing so because THEY want to be seen and validated as a ‘woman’. The baby and the experience (and dare I say, the sensation) is about them, it isn’t about the baby at all. Add to that I bet a trans woman would get domperidone prescribed to help with supply much more easily than a mum.

And I’m gonna say it, breastfeeding resources are so shite and limited in this country. So many women stop breastfeeding because they have no support, why should men get to take our spaces to seek advice and support? Make a trans breastfeeding group if individuals care so much about it, but then I bet they wouldn’t go to it!

FarFarFarAwayOneDay · 13/11/2024 22:42

That picture above is absolutely disgusting. The baby (if it actually is a real baby?) will be traumatised for life if it gets to see that image when they are old enough to understand what it’s about.

The ‘fluid’ that these trans women are secreting is highly suspect…seriously, has there been adequate testing of the long-term effects on babies being given hormone-induced ‘milk’?! WTF is anybody allowing this?
